DriveTime Car Sales - West Indianapolis Arvostelua

Edilia and Rob were great!

My experience was okay. It was a long process and a lot of information. I think to make y'all think more easy. More great. You need to tell them everything they need to bring in because they didn't tell us to bring in anything and it took longer than what it should have taken and then we had problems with the the address. So we need to be told you know the bureau motor vehicles have to approve your address. All that to prepare us to bring in the right documents

I honestly had an amazing experience. The whole process was easy and pretty fast, there was no non sense. 100/100 recommend.

Rob was so helpful in an extremely stressful time! Very thorough in explaining everything and worked with me thru it all!

I was able to choose a vehicle I wanted, not just one in my price range. I don't have great credit but felt like a valued customer.

Absolutely the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The staff is beyond kind, respectful, helpful, and so much more! I will be honest I was so nervous on how easy it absolutely was, but much to my surprise it was 100% legit and easy. The vehicle was explained exactly how it appeared. I got my dream vehicle without having to do very much to do so! Rob and Cam are the absolute best and go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! You can feel safe going through DriveTime on Lafayette Rd in Indianapolis,Indiana! Thank you again Rob and Cam!!!

Rob was very knowledgeable, kind, and quick to get me in a car. So happy to have a reliable vehicle!

Pleasant , very nice, professional and very knowledgeable

They stayed hours after close and helped figure out the whole technical problem with getting my payment to work for the insurance company due to they didn’t except that type of card. Was a very long night and they took the lead and helped us with everything and anything we needed. Highly recommend this location!!!

I wish I could give ten stars. Love drive time and my associate was the best.

I just bought a car off of them on Monday and now the check engine light is on and I can't get anyone response from my salesman too I struct me on what too do .. this is unbelievable and really quite sad

Positive car buying experience- Go see Ron and Cam- Lafayette rd

This had to be one of the best experiences in car purchasing I’ve ever encountered. I wasn’t sure if I was going to pursue the vehicle but Edilia was amazing at the lax approach to getting me into the vehicle. She stated all great things. Her customer service surpassed her tenure here.

I was greeted by Cam who was very nice offering complementary refreshments. She assisted me in preparing to meet I worked with Edilia and Rob. They both were welcoming and made the experience pleasant for me. No pressure just genuine and authentic assistance. They stayed well beyond their time to make sure I was taken care and set up. They didn’t give an attitude about being passed time so it wasn’t rushed. I enjoyed working with them, I came in an Uber and left in my car!

Rod was phenomenal and made my experience quick and painless!

Rod was very honest and helpful! Couldn’t ask for a better agent
