You may be able to drive off the lot with your vehicle but dont expect to go far. My vehicle broke down 10mi away from the store because there was no oil in the engine and my serpentine belt shredded into spaghetti. Sales respresentatives don't know what they are selling other than basic info about the vehicles. The vehicles are not cleaned or checked for basic fluids or any kind of routine checkups. There ability to sell pos vehicles with smiles on their faces should be studied. Their inventory should be checked by professionals not hacks. We all know its a used car lot but that doesn't mean you have to sell absolute shit.

I was so impressed with my representative Devin as he never gave up on me. Experian Credit had my wrong E-mail, phone number, and address. I sent them three letters of their information was incorrect which caused me to wait 3 months before they corrected my files. My last letter was to management and my Freeze was released. I finally got the vehicle I had requested. Devin's management assisted in resolving my problem. I am 80 years young and a Viet-Nam Veteran. Thanks Devin! This finally happened on 12/26/26.

Looked online and got pre-approved .. They called and set up appointment for the temple location saying that’s where the car I was wanting to buy was . Drove the hour to get there and the car is in shreveport Louisiana asked if they could bring it to Texas and they said no … why make me drive an hour from home for no reason . To try and convince me to buy a more expensive vehicle that I don’t even want …
When I mentioned I wanted the same price as listed online and then all of a sudden we wasn’t worth there time .

Lots of missing parts on car..some I could see...did not find others until later..anyone buying a car there should check it over really good...they aren't going to tell you...will never do business there again
