I just don't think maxed out rates are A bit much ,I believe a little relief would bring you more buyer and set a tone for similar type dealerships . Just my 2 cents. Other than that great experience and I sold cars for 10 + years . So good job drive time

He was very courtesy with me. Explained everything to me, so that i would understand it. Did not try to force me to buy things extra, I didn't want for the car. Like the extra warranties. He asked me if I understood everything including all the paper work. My experience at Drive Time was a positive one.

Customer service was better in Riverside than the one in Montclair I had problems with them getting back to me on time and they blame it on how busy they were. I called up the one in Riverside and asked about a vehicle there and told them I would be there soon. Sure enough when I arrived the vehicle was there waiting for me to take a test drive and helped out a lot with the questions and concerns I had. It was fast and very accurate didn’t feel rushed at all even knowing that I went in almost before they closed. They helped me out a lot and very pleased with their service I received.

The service they provided is what made my experience with them great. I would great recommend them to anyone because they fight for you and get you what you need

It was smooth and fast

I just purchased an automobile from your riverside store.
The team was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.

What I did not like is that they sold me a dirty luxury car on the inside and outside.
The exterior of the car and windows has so many dry hard water spots on them and I don’t know how to get them off.
When I drove home last night they so thick you can barely see through the windshield at night lots of glare!!!
The interior doors, seats, dash and console front and back were dirty from family use.
I know because the manager had a child seat removed from the back seat there were crumbs and smudges all over the interior of the car. I asked them to take the car to the car wash and they said it was closed and that I could come back another time and get a car wash but I live 50 miles away and although it is not a new car, it is a new car for me!!!
The chrome on the outside of the car was smudged because it was wiped with a wet rag and not dried off.

To be quite honest with you the car needs to be detailed and or clean and it was Not!!!
It was vacuumed and wiped off not acceptable for the rates that I am paying for this car!!!
I told the manager he told me that the city of Riverside will not let them use soap and water to wash the cars then he told me that the car wash was closed but that still did nothing for me purchasing a vehicle that is filthy inside and out!!!
I had to travel 50 miles home and I did not have clear vision on the road.
The exterior of the car is still covered in water hard water spots and I don’t know how nor should I be responsible for removing them.
Where can I go to get them removed
Where I do not have to pay for it!!!
