DriveTime Car Sales - North Houston Arvostelua 

I went to start my process before the Hurricane Beryl and the car I want they were not able to find the keys. My appoint was for 5pm I made it for 430pm and did not get seen until after 630pm. I went back after the storm to finish the process and again there was several car which seems like the better options and they weren't able to locate the keys for them. It feels like they were in a rush to put you in a car they wanted to get rid of. Because of me having a family and my job requires travels I felt forced to just accept whatever was available. It was a terrible experience, I was not pleased at all. The car I had to settle for drives very hard was not what I expected.

Cheryl Sullivan was wonderful. She mentioned she has only been here for 4 months but you would never have guessed it. She was just great and so very helpful. I was with my son and he was buying his very first car and she was just as excited for him as we were. Definitely ask for Cheryl!

Great customers services and very professional services and friendly employees

Absolutely stay away from these people.They are quick to sell you a vehicle, but when assistance is needed they don’t help customer service sucks I literally bought a car and by the next couple days it all went downhill it ended in shop. 3 weeks in mechanic shop and no one seems to give me updates. Stay away from this shady dealership.

Our salesman Quentin was so amazing and patient with us. My husband and I went to the Northwest Fwy in Houston looking for a specific car we found online but ended up not liking it once we got there. Quentin helped us find the perfect vehicle that made both of us happy. I’m so glad we gave Drive time a try.

The sale person was great through the whole process. I gave such a low rating is because I wanted my plates to be mail at my home, they never came. Call them was not there. They told me to go to my Annex location to get. Plus I have to pay to get them. I ask why should I pay for something that was included with my purchase. His answer was we are not responsible for the mail. Wow really. Personally I think they didn't send the information in. Now I have to pay again for plates.

Valentino made the whole process very smooth. He was assuring about the deal and I ended up with the car I really wanted. My kids are now making plans to make a visit as well. As long as he and DriveTime continue to treat the customer as a valued person. I’m happy to send all the business.
