Let me start off by saying that purchasing a car from a dealership the very first time without having any information before hand or help, is very frustrating. I can say that my experience with drive time was quick, efficient, and enjoyable, my sales agent Luis made sure that I understood everything from the moment that I walked into the door until the moment that I left. He gave me pointers on safety between the options that I was looking at. He was very helpful with giving me all the information that I needed on the car. He was very personable and treated me like a person instead of a number. I truly appreciate the way he handled my entire experience and I would absolutely recommend drive time and him to any person looking to purchase a car.
