DriveTime Car Sales - Independence Arvostelua 

I went online to Drivetime.com got pre-approved for $0 down on a 2021 hyundai elantra with 31000 miles $19995 clean autocheck I get there to test drive 3 diffrent brand tires the 2 front tires were about done the center console was scratched all up not the original key a pop a lock remake car drove alright so i decided to buy it I went inside they took my paycheck stub and then told me now it is $1700 down but they could get me in a high milage kia soul base model for $1300 down and they did a hard credit check after i left the dealership I know this wont change their policy but i hope this helps someone out

Overall everything was very transparent start to finish and our sales person was great. I just wish they did vehicle delivery. We drove over three hours to pick ours up.

Before I went to the lot to pick out a vehicle, I was told that I was already approved and that all that was needed to be done was pick a vehicle, test drive it, give my down payment, and leave. In and out she said. I waited half an hour to be helped after I test drove and picked a vehicle. Then my down payment was more than what I was shown on their website, payments were more than I was shown. I left with a vehicle but only because I needed it ASAP, or I would have left and went to another dealership. I spent a total of 2 hours in there and most of that time I was doing nothing but looking at my phone.

I was so anxious about going to drive time as I had been to numerous car lots prior and had spent all day there to be turned down. But immediately coming in sales rep was wonderful, welcoming got us situated with a good deal and then kevin was extremely wonderful with getting us sign sealed and delivered. They made this process smooth and easy and I thank them so much.
