Joe, our rep, was excellent. We liked that we did most of the application process online and spent a short period of time in the dealership.

It’s only been 7 MONTHS with my vehicle that I bought from Drivetime…. I’m already having engine issues with my vehicle…. The customer service is terrible. I’m very upset that I’ve had not 1 but 2 incidents where I have to bring my car to a mechanic to get fixed. I want to return this car and give it right back to them… I’m absolutely done with DriveTime. The cars they have on the “LOT” are LEMON CARS. & the warranty the have you use “ SilverRock” don’t even get me started …. 0 STARS!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I’m very upset.

Kerona and Zachary

I had purchased a car from Drive Time years ago and had a good experience so decided I would purchase another vehicle from them.

The first day I walked into the office I met Kerona. She was very helpful and professional. She said what brings you in today with a smile and after a brief conversation with her she showed me in my opinion what I was looking for within a few minutes. We discussed the features of the vehicle and prices and I said I will be back. I went home and thought about it and after a few days I went back to purchase the vehicle. Kerona set me up with Zachary to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. Everything went smoothly. The paperwork was effortless and Zachary went over everything and answered any questions and made the process easy.

March 4th, I sent an email to Zachary that I was not able to open the trunk using the key fob and was advised to stop by when I have time. A day later I found some other issues with the vehicle. The remote start was not working, the vehicle cut off saying the hood was open but it was not, dash would read start/stop option not available, key fob not present but it was. March 6th I returned to Drive Time and again was greeted and assisted by Kerona. I discussed my issues with her and she quickly jumped into action. She changed the battery in the key fob but it did not resolve the issue. I went to Drive Time’s service center and they were unable to assist and advised that it could be a software issue and the vehicle would have to go to the Dealer.

Went back to Drive Time and again Kerona was very helpful. After a few moments and phone calls she was able to secure an appointment for me at the nearest dealership service center for the next day and spoke with a representative at SilverRock that covered the cost of the repairs. I thought about not keeping the vehicle and she quickly started checking to see if they had any other vehicles in stock comparable to what I was driving or needed and there were none.

I dropped the vehicle off the night before the appointment. The next day James from the dealership called and said that they performed a complete inspection of the vehicle and found the issues and that the parts would be in the later in the day and the vehicle would be ready by Friday. The dealership replaced the hood switch, updated the software and provided a new key fob. I picked up the vehicle on Friday and James walked with me while we checked everything to make sure everything was working.

Special thank you to Kerona for taking action so quickly and making sure that all my questions, concerns and issues were resolved in a timely manner. She definitely kept me calm and answered all my numerous questions.

My sales guy Zack was so supportive and patient. What ever questions I asked he answer with a lot of kindness.I will come back to purchase another vehicle with Zack.

I wish I could give no stars I bought my car on a Saturday and Wednesday my brakes went up I call silver insurance which was a mistakes I will never refer this company to anyone these people are rip off

Purchased Ford Explorer in June 2023 - I immediately told them a couple days later about noises/vibrations I was hearing. The car rattles at stop lights. The car bucks when I try to accel and DID NOT GO WHEN I ACCELERATED AT AN INTERSECTION TWICE WHEN MY GRANDSON (DISABLED) WAS IN THE CAR!!! THIS CAR HAS MAJOR ISSUES that have not been taken care of.................It is now going in the shop for the third time!!! How much can one get to know their vehicle in five days ? I notified you a week later about noises ..surely it wasn't anything I did to the car when I hardly had a chance to use it yet....i have no issue with the salesman that helped me it is the company policy is the issue

Do not buy a car from DriveTime. They will use your name and address and register other temporary tags in your name without you knowing it. I am dealing with that now. There is a car out there with tags registered in my name and it is using toll roads and I am getting billed for it, for starters. Who knows what else I will get in the mail now. I am going to sue this company.

Purchased a vehicle that Drive Time had on lot for long time.
Price was dropped number of times so final purchase price was competitive.
The trade value offered was 20% lower than a couple of actual cash offers I had received. Plus it took close to 90 minutes to work with their HQ to establish the price. I ended up not trading in and had to sell my own trade on my own to other cash offers. Very inconvenient not to mention sales tax disadvantages.
Several mistakes were made in doing the final paperwork by the sales person. And the paper work had to be redone and signed three times.
I was also told over the phone by sales person unless I finance with them they will not take trades. Which was not true.
They delivered the vehicle not even washed much less detailed. Nor a full tank of gas.
Salesman was very unprofessional and not knowledgeable.

The sales person was suppose to put hold on car everthing was done except a my last three pays we did try to down load was able so I told her I would in morning and be there at 330 to pick up car but they sold it to another person

Ms.Maggie Roberts was my sales person and when I say she was polite with a smile she was awesome Thank you she knows her job very well
