Annabella was amazing when it came to welcoming us to Drivetime and made the process of buying a car the easiest. She showed us all the options they had in the lot and let us test drive the ones we wanted. Grant was also a huge help towards us and helped us close out the contracts and deal. Don't get me wrong. The staff was like and made me feel important but..... the process was horrible. At last second as i had keys in hand, both the sales associate and myself noticed a screw in the middle of the left front tire. As it was 6:45pm, they had to move quick. The dealership called me and said they had bad news. The car could not be sold in that condition. I came from Squaw Valley and Clovis to get a driver to bring one vehicle back, only to leave with nothing. I had to sign papers jacking me out of the deal and that was it. I received a call the next day to come get my new vehicle and that o needed to allow enough time to go through the entire car buying experience again. Albeit a faster than before time, it was still taxing on my patients. Worst buying experience of anything in my entire adult life.
