Bad deal got a lemon. I call the warranty Department having problems with the Brake System. That when i got the bad news that the Vehicle been has been in Saltwater.That when my problem really started. The warranty department wanted me to take it to repair shop so i did that. They refuse too do anything because their was so much wrong with the Vehicle.To make a long story short . I Will Not Recommend anyone too Purchase A Vehicle from Drive Time.

They literally sold the car out from under I had an appointment at 9am to bring the money & purchase my vehicle & now at 9pm the night prior they have sold the car I supposedly “reserved” really wth mfs I needed this you money hungry pos

The buying process went smoothly and worked well but the vehicle is another matter. Despite being given a clean car fax report on the vehicle at purchase it turned out to be anything but a clean vehicle. About 10 days after purchase the car started overheating routinely. We took it to a Kia dealership where they had to replace the fan. The problem continued and taking it back to Kia who said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it didn’t solve the problem. After 5 months of this we took it to a different mechanic who called within a few hours and said that the head gasket was gone and that it was failing the cylinder compression test badly. He informed us that there was so much rust in the cylinders and all over the motor that the only thing to reasonable do is to replace the entire engine. He told us that this kind of damage usually only result from a vehicle being submerged i.e. flood damage. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase and now we have a vehicle we can’t drive but must continue to pay for. I would be very careful buying a vehicle from this company. I’m sure that we won’t be doing it again.
