Michael provided an outstanding delivery experience for my new Tesla. From the evening before, he kept me fully updated, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

On the day, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He was friendly, punctual, and made sure I was comfortable with the handover. It really felt like great customer service from start to finish.

Thank you, Michael, for making the experience of receiving my new Tesla so seamless and enjoyable!

Michael G couldn’t have made the experience of getting my new car more special and fun. He made it easy with his incredible communication skills, going out of his way to charge the vehicle for my convenience, whilst having to wait 40 mins for a charging station! What a legend. Would recommend over and over to others.

Excellent Service from Ceejay

I received outstanding service from Ceejay from start to finish. He kept me well informed both the day before and on the day of collection, updating me on his expected arrival time.

On the day, he carried out a thorough inspection of the car and clearly explained all the details of the transaction, making the process straightforward and stress-free. Everything went smoothly, and he even confirmed once he had safely arrived at the destination.

ARROGANT,and unhelpful

Great overall service from Ceejay. He kept me updated the day before and on the day about his arrival time. On the day he did a thorough check of the car and walked me through the transaction details. Everything went smoothly and he also updated me upon arrival at the destination.

Ceejay collected our car today and was a pleasure to deal with even in the howling wind and rain! He made the process so easy, was very professional and informative.
Great guy and a credit to ‘Driveme’.

Very smooth process, the person Mr Ceejay was very polite and very professional in doing his job when he came to collect my car.

The driver Steve brought the car unwashed. It was dirty and had cobwebs over it, as well as appearing used on the passenger floor side. He said he didn't have money to wash it as the company didn't mark it for a wash.
He wanted to give me the keys and leave immediately. I explained I needed to check the car properly first.
As I was doing my checks he was unnecessarily following me around the car, as if to pressurise me to finish.
When I noticed scuffs or marks to be photographed, he said he's already got his own photos and video taken of the car. He didn't note these down on any paperwork or take photos. He didn't want to show me anywhere else that had potential marks/scuffs (even though he said he took photos).
When signing he didn't show me what to read, just opened a link and said I had to put my signature down.
Overall, an unpleasant car drop off. Was a disappointment as I was quite excited about receiving my new car. A bit of an anti-climax.

I had such a positive experience with Driive Me, and in particular with Ceejay. From the moment he arrived, he was not only extremely professional and thorough with all the checks, but also genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing clearly, answered any questions I had, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

What I really appreciated was how conversational he was throughout. We even had a great car chat while he was checking over my vehicle, which made the whole thing feel relaxed and personable. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and personable, which made the experience so much more enjoyable.

He kept me updated on his whereabouts throughout the journey and confirmed once the car had safely reached its destination, which gave me a lot of reassurance. On top of that, he made sure all the paperwork was completed properly before leaving, which was a huge help and showed just how reliable and thorough he is.

Honestly, I can’t praise him enough! A genuinely top-class service. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car appraisal or transport. A great five-star experience from start to finish! Thank you again Ceejay.

Ceejay was exemplary from start to finish. Very thorough and extremely helpful when dealing with the admin to actually get the money agreed.
A delightful gentleman

Pantelis was a great communicator- confirming the booking, checking details, flagging when on way - and explained the process clearly and came across v professionally.

Very happy and comfortable in him picking up car from private address.
