Driiveme UK Arvostelua

Michael G delivered my Tesla yesterday. Michael contacted me at various points during the day to keep me updated on estimated timings.
When Michael arrived he was friendly, knowledgeable and polite, and by the time he left I was very comfortable with the new car and what set up was required (first electric car).
Highly recommended.

Michael was exceptionally helpful always keeping me updated with the delivery of my new car.

Michael G was extremely helpful in going through the Tesla model Y tutorials and explaining everything clearly. He delivered the car on time as scheduled and was very prompt and professional throughout the whole process. He also called in advance to confirm the delivery time which was very helpful. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him..

We met Ceejay, as part of our car sale. What a great guy, thorough, detailed and professional throughout, with a great dose of humor.

Car buying and selling is always up and down, but the experience and laughs along the way made it a good experience.

Great communication start to finish, including photos of delivered car after the sale to confirm completion.

Will use again.

Genuinely such a lovely experience getting my car delivered today! Michael G was fantastic throughout, keeping me updated every step of the way, even sending me a photo before delivery. He was so helpful, friendly and made the whole experience feel really special. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Michael! 😊

After an unprofessional experience trying to have my car collected by a previous company, it was a relief to experience great service by Michael G today. Good communication through whole process, efficient and done with a smile. Thanks

Amazing service ! Especially from the delivery driver Michael. He managed to get both vans delivered in one day and since I was leaving work early I asked if he could get it delivered to my home address. He liased with his company and made it happen which was super convenient. I wish he would deliver all our vehicles!

I would like to give a special mention to Michael G for his exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Michael kept me regularly updated and well informed, providing clear status updates while the vehicle was being prepared. He went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was in top-notch condition prior to handover, which gave me great confidence and reassurance.

He was also kind enough to take the time to give me a quick overview of some of the car’s key functionalities, which was really helpful and much appreciated.

Overall, Michael provided an excellent customer experience and demonstrated a genuine commitment to going the extra mile. His communication, attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional. I would highly recommend Michael and want to thank him for making the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable.

Michael G was friendly and personable, communicated well and was right on time. Great service

Dear DriveMe UK Team,

I received your reply to my review on Trustpilot.

I am not here to defend myself. I am here to state a fact.

My cooperation was terminated immediately after I posted my review. No prior notice, no explanation, no performance review – just a sudden decision.

I have the email confirming the termination, and it was sent after my review. I have all the evidence.

You claim that the matter was discussed with me directly – this is simply not true.

Therefore, my review remains unchanged. I stand by every word I wrote regarding the lack of transparency and the discriminatory treatment I experienced.

I do not accept your response as a satisfactory explanation.

Yours,
Ahmed Elmamlouk
