DREAMS, A WORLD WHERE SLEEP IS PERFECTLY MATCHED…

EXCELLENT 1ST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. Paul (Dreams rep) went out of his way to make us feel very WELCOME & we never felt pressurised in to buying anything. He thoroughly explained what might best suit our needs & after taking the Dreams Sleepmatch experience we were amazed that the technology actually matched what we had selected on the Dreams website before our visit. Paul is a GREAT CREDIT to Dreams & we can't thank him enough for dealing with us in such a polite & professional manner. We would thoroughly RECOMMEND Dreams to anyone looking to buy a bed/mattress or both.

I like the mattress

I like the mattress, but although there is nothing wrong with the bed, it does not suit my back, I have bulging discs T10 and 11 pressing on the nerves of my spine unfortunately when I raise the top of the bed to help me sit up, the the bend in the bed presses on my spine, I realise I should have had a single bed with just a mattress that I could rise, the foot end is fine. I was pleased with the service I received, but feel dissapointed about the problem I have. yours sincerly Mrs Pauline Watson.

Well spaced showroom

Well spaced showroom, not overwhelming. Helpful staff and the bed we purchased is great. Very pleased with quality, ease of construction and overall finish.

We've had our bed for a few weeks

We've had our bed for a few weeks, my husband who has disabilities had been looking for a new comfy bed for a while & we found this one on Dreams website, it is not only a lovely bed with a beautiful design it is great to sleep on, not only does my husband get a good nights sleep, it even as our dog's approval. Happy family
