Overall a reasonable experience but needed to change our order. Advised to phone customer services, but a complete waste of time with multiple calls unanswered and no call back as promised. A complete waste of time

Great friendly service
From the moment we walked in the whole experience was brilliant. Asad was very helpful and patient. We was offered drinks and it was nice to have a bit of banter with staff. Highly recommended

Ethan at Dreams Oldham
Ethan at Dreams Oldham, was very accommodating, friendly, informative, listened to my needs and was very welcoming to me and my family. Ethan gave very useful advise and specialist knowledge which was customer centric. He made himself available and assessed our requirements and gave my sister and I a tour of the store, we looked at different options to choose from before making decisions, Ethan went above and beyond and secured bed frames and mattresses for my sister and I.
