John explained various aspects of the mattresses and left us alone to checkout each one but on had to answer any qustion

I have just found my absolute favourite pair of customer service hero's!
We went in with a very awkward request due to me charging my mind for the umpteenth time....
We were made aware of a new computer system having just been installed and we were asked to be patient but Richard took the bull by the horns and sorted the adjustment like a trooper. What a guy! Along with the lovely Alex who showed us the options we had and kept us all upbeat the pair were very professional, curtious and kind.
This experience was a credit to the company and hopefully will be awarded appropriately. Gold stars and capes a must for both Richard and Alex at the Nottingham, Ladybay branch

Very helpful staff guided us through the buying process - looking for two beds, both with storage and one with an adjustable base. Dreams were able to satisfy our needs, and at very competitive prices, together with a short delivery date. Made welcome on arrival, and offered tea or coffee. We were shown the choice of mattresses and pillows, even the Sleepmatch machine. Overall a very pleasant, refreshing, experience with all three staff who really did work as a team. Thank you!

An extremely good experience in the Ladybay store today. There was a warm welcome from the staff as we entered the store, followed by a comprehensive walk around all the beds that fitted our criteria by Alexandra. We tried out lots of mattresses and the sleepmatch machine.
When we had decided on our choices, we were offered a drink while orders were placed. The three staff all had good experiences with the products and we may well go back to have another look at the pillows! Brilliant!

Excellent service from the shop, gave me a lot of time and left me alone to make my mind up. Definitely would go back to Dreams, however never buy a full foam mattress again because it stinks of chemicals, and that smell never goes away.

Hassle free purchase … delivered on time and carried into house where we requested … Polite delivery men … explained where we could find help and advice for putting the base together.. if we struggled lol .. straight forward ..enough storage space to put anything in. .. defiantly would purchase from Dreams again 🙂

So easy to order in store! Excellent advice and customer care. Brilliant choice of wooden bed frames and affordable mattresses. Delivery was spot on and assembly was worry free. Overall - brilliant and will definitely be returning and recommending Dreams.

Lovely helpful salesman.Used the bed match which seemed to push all the most expensive beds!We were left to try out others when we werent happy with their choices.Great range of mattresses,bases and headboards.Seemed expensive but years since we have had a new bed.Mattress was meant to help with hot flushes but no help there.Bed is very high but lovely and quiet.Great that they recycle old mattresses for a fee.

I am a person who cannot abide pushy sales people approaching me. We went in store just to browse and was served by the most amazing lady at Dreams Lady-bay, Nottingham. She did approach us, and my husband braced (cos he knows what i am like) but she was so helpful, informative and importantly listened to us. She literally could not help us enough and found the right balance of information and giving is space to think. Then we did the mattress test thingy which was awesome. Then advised in pillows which we bought there and then and are awesome. Finally we tried mattresses and found the perfect mattress in no time. We ended up ordering our mattress because we felt so confident we had found the one. Accurate communication and information about delivery. Sadly, the delivery people themselves weren't very helpful at all (borderline quite rude (i have it on door bell footage!) - i spoke to Nottingham store and they quickly took appropriate action - so once again i was delighted. So even with this concern and the delivery letting the store down - we are still 100% delighted because the service we received about our complaint was also excellent. Such good service is rare these days - i highly recommend all in this store - well done and thank you for our great sleeps so far and those still to come.

it was great to be served by John, and his glamorous assistant Beth. every thing explained clearly and simply. best bit, there had been a campaign th get a lift installed. brilliant. without that lift to upstairs you would have lost a sale. think about beds for the disabled? at a better price than the ripoff merchants in the care supply world. thanks

Highly recommend their stores. We were served by a lovely lady and even tho we already thought about that mattress to choose before she definitely helped us to confirm that it will be the right choice for us!

As soon as i walk into the store at ladybay retail park nottingham i was greeted with a warm welcome and i told the helper what i was looking for he pointed some mattresses out includeing the team gb matress i tried and it felt right so ordered it same with the bed took 2wks to deliver and when it was delivered the two lads was amazing they was quick and tidy when they finished they explained everything what to do with mattress and the bed so from top to bottom brilliant
