Dreams - Middlebrook Arvostelua 

We visited the store today in the hopes of just looking around and finding the type of mattress that we liked. We stated that we just wanted to look around and were not interested in buying a mattress today, but are currently looking to buy one in the coming weeks. After doing the sleep match (which we were not aware was a feature of the store and was actually quite good) the sales assistant helped us look at a few mattresses and test them out, whilst we still stated that we were not interested in buying today as we want to look around a few more stores first to find the right one.
After only showing us two mattress options he was understandably very forceful of us buying one mattress but uninterested in showing us any more. He stated “There’s no point in me showing you any more mattresses if you are not going to buy one today”, as if we were wasting his time, despite being the only ones in the store. We are young and this is our first time buying a mattress or making big purchases and felt very unwelcome to look around the store and so do not want to return. Unfortunately we actually did like the mattress that we were shown but will not be purchasing from dreams due to this experience.

Went in to store in Bolton to enquire about changing my mattress under the 100 day return policy. I suffer from a bad back and the mattress I had tried in the store and advised to buy was making it worse.
The staff member that dealt with me wasn't really interested, gave me a number on a post it note to ring as he said he wasn’t sure how the 100 day exchange works!!!!
Wasn't really bothered about discussing other mattresses and finding the best replacement for me.
Felt like as they already had my money that it was just an inconvenience. Left the store as no-one was interested!

Staff were really helpful, patient and helped us choose the right product.

The delivery staff were courteous and without asking wore over shoe covers to protect our carpet. Took my old bed away, fast and efficient service. Well done lads and dreams beds.

No issues with delivery. Early days yet but all is good with the mattress. Nice & comfy

I am no longer waking up in the night with pain in my hips and shoulder and can get out of bed without being doubled up with pain in my back. I didn't want to spend so much on mattress but it's worth every penny spent.

Delivered on time and assembled in the bedroom by professional fitters with no Hassle. Highly recommended

The communications from my delivery men was first class they were friendly, considerate, helpful and nothing short of wonderful in the respectful way they treated me. They could train many other companies in how to treat their customer's.
