Visiting the store in Luton provided a truly wonderful experience overall. The service received was exceptional and greatly appreciated. Nav, who attended to our every need, displayed a remarkable depth of knowledge. He went above and beyond to make sure we get the best possible mattress for the best possible price. Customer service in-store and bed delivery was good with no issues. Happy with the quality of the product, the only slight negative was I felt the choice of headboards was a little bit limited.

It is very soft and comfortable to sleep as we expect. They have delivered and fixed it on time.
From the beginning to the end it was a great experience to me. The staff was very helpful in choosing the best product. They explained everything to us in great detail. The mattresses that we selected were very soft and comfortable to sleep on. Big thanks to Dreams.
