We were attended to straight away by Claire and she looked after us really well. She listened to what our 11 year old boy wanted and gave him the option of three different types of beds and mattresses to choose from. We were offered tea, coffee or water and she explained what we were getting and additional services we could access. She was amazing and made the whole experience so easy excellent service.

Very friendly Leeds Crown Point store. I would highly recommend to all.

I have been waiting for the bed and headboard I ordered since July for my 2 year old son.

It was supposed to be delivered end of July, I got rid of his cot the day before the delivery was due and got a message on the day to say that the product is out of stock and won’t be delivered as scheduled.

The delivery was delayed until 2 Sept, received another message to say it won’t be delivered now until 30 Sept.

My child hasn’t had a bed for 2 months, disappointing from a big store like Dreams. My bensons matress however came as ordered and scheduled.

Team in the store are really pleasant. Shame no one knows what’s going on with the order.

We were put at ease and the sales lady in Dundee was brilliant at explaining everything and all types of mattresses and beds ,pillows too ,she too the time to make sure we had the correct products for what we needed ,very polite and helpful,very much appreciated.

Great experience. Fantastic sales staff (Connor) very knowledgeable and easy to deal with . They have a machine that works out your sleep position and pressure points . Delivered on time and with care . I’m very happy

Staff at the Stoke store were very welcoming and the service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I appreciated being given time to browse, and when I did need help, Tom was excellent in explaining my options and made the entire process very simple.

Your staff member welcomed us, gave us a choice of silentnight mattresses to choose from, which we asked for. She gave a descriptive talk about all of them.A very good experience and nice refreshments were had.

Ordered online and selected a delivery date suitable but half the order was sent before. Had i known this i would have placed the order for a different address as the order was for a new property I did not live in yet. I called as soon as lines opened the following day to change the address and was told this would be done but the order was sent out to the original address and the parcel was left outside and subsequently gone missing. Getting to speak to anyone about it is impossible. You speak to an automated message which arranges a call back and takes over 8 hours, if not the next day. 2 weeks later im still chasing to get my money back or the order resent.

Great service from the staff in Weston super mare. Would recommend. Delivery was quick!

Simon in the Bromborough store offered us great assistance in narrowing down and choosing the right mattress from their wide selection

We ordered our bed some time ago. The store experience was fine. However, after 3 promised delivery dates we are still waiting for our sons bed. We have rung and emailed numerous times but haven't yet found someone who cares.
We were promised a £100 rebate but this hasn't materialised yet either.
Will be asking for a full refund if this matter isn't sorted tomorrow!

Aaron was very polite and helpful. He gave us good advice on mattresses and allowed my daughter to try different ones. He gave good guidance on beds suitable for children. He gave us time to work out what would work for us best and I didn't feel pressured to buy.
Aaron was very professional when I decided to go ahead and buy the beds.

Sue and Amanda were phenomenal, from the beginning took us through sleepmatch which identified what would be best suited for myself and my partner together. Always felt at ease and they kindly took their time showing us around each product. Ended up getting the Tempur 20 which has been 10/10

Ordered two mattresses in store on August 7th for delivery today Sept 2nd. Old mattresses went off to recycle .
Email to say delayed until 16th Sept!
Phoned up yesterday & told actually delivery could be today through AIT.
Nothing today & on phoning told they’re no longer available despite still on website- said no idea when delivery could be. Dreams ….eh more like Nightmares !

The bed is amazing and the kind that I've needed for a long time.
