Dreams - Doncaster Arvostelua 

We have recently visited Dreams Beds Doncaster twice recently and honestly couldn’t fault the service. On our first visit we were helped by Julie and Dave (the store manager) when choosing new mattresses. We used the sleep technology, which was very helpful choosing the right mattress. They were patient, informative, and never made us feel rushed — even made us a cup of tea which was a lovely touch.

We returned a second time as we needed to exchange the mattresses because they were too high. Sarah and Dave were absolutely fantastic and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They took the time to really understand my needs and helped us find a mattress better suited to my grandpas disability, which we really appreciated.

We also ended up purchasing a new bed, and the team went above and beyond helping us sort everything with customer services during the exchange process.

My daughter Molly came with us on both visits and the staff were wonderful with her — offering drinks, biscuits and toys to keep her happy while we looked around.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. Friendly, professional and genuinely caring service — highly recommended.

Me (sharon maxey)and my husband visited dreams to look for our new bed. On arriving we we're greeted by a lovely lady called Sarah. We we're offered tea or coffee, which was lovely. We we're asked if we wanted any help in choising a bed and mattress, which we did. Sarah asked if we would like to try the sleep match, that was amazing. We we're offered pillows to try on the sleep match. On getting off the sleepmatch bed my husband took a funny turn due to his terminal cancer, the staff we're absolutely wonderful in helping me with him. Couldn't do enough for us. I'll be forever grateful to them. Sarah's customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Thank you so much. Well definitely use your service again.

I can’t recommend dreams enough. I was helped by Julie who was the one who sold a tempa mattress to my Grandson, who recommended it to his mum, who recommended it to me. So all three of us now have a tempa mattress. We were offered refreshments and they couldn’t do enough to be more helpful.
The mattress was delivered by Luiz & Vlado who were so helpful and polite, making sure they put covers over their feet to come in to the house and put the mattress on the bed for me and took the packaging with them. First class experience and I would highly recommend recommend.

The friendly staff and knowledge of products are unmatched
and the sleep machine is fantastic no other bed shop has this. I was welcomed with a smile and a drink and not pressured but helped to find my perfect mattress! Sarah was amazing she really is a credit to the store!

All the staff at Danum Retail Park are very helpful & knowledgeable. Got a much better deal at dreams than the stores around!

Our original plan was just to have a casual browse at a few mattresses… but wow, did things take a turn for the better! From the second we walked into the store, we were welcomed by Haydn, who was absolutely fabulous — friendly, professional, and instantly made us feel at ease. He even offered us a coffee, which was a brilliant start and made us feel more like guests than customers ☕️
After we explained what we thought we were looking for, Haydn introduced us to the impressive, state-of-the-art mattress technology that analyses how you sleep before recommending the best options. I was genuinely blown away — who knew mattress shopping could feel so futuristic?! He encouraged us to try lots of different mattresses, explained everything in a really easy-to-understand way, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
There was zero pressure at any point — no rushing, no hard sell — just great advice and plenty of time to decide. That said, thanks to the fantastic service, we somehow left with not just a new mattress but a whole brand-new bed too!
We also have to give a big mention to the store manager, Dave, who was just as friendly, professional, and helpful. And as if the experience couldn’t get any better, we were treated to a free bedding set, which was a lovely and very much appreciated bonus.
Please pass on a huge thank you to Haydn, Dave, and the entire Dreams Doncaster team. They truly are a credit to the company and turned what we expected to be a quick browse into a genuinely brilliant experience.

Outstanding service at Dreams Doncaster!
Our intention was simply to pop in and view a few mattresses, but what an experience it turned out to be! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted immediately by Haydn, who was absolutely fabulous and incredibly professional. He asked if we knew what we were looking for and even offered us a coffee – what a delight!
We explained what we had in mind, and Haydn introduced us to the state-of-the-art sleep technology Dreams uses to help choose the perfect mattress. The mattress that measures how you sleep before making recommendations completely amazed me – such impressive technology!
Haydn encouraged us to try several mattresses, took the time to explain everything clearly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Although we went in just to look, thanks to the excellent advice and relaxed experience, we ended up purchasing not only a new mattress but a full brand-new bed!
We were also very impressed with the manager, Dave, who was equally professional, friendly, and helpful. To top it all off, we even received a free bedding set, which was a lovely bonus.
An all-round fantastic experience with exceptional customer service. A huge thank you to Haydn and the team at Dreams Doncaster – highly recommended!

They were really helpful everything was explained in clear terms. The delivery was great and the guys who delivered the mattress reminded us of the things we needed to do with the mattress.

On entering the doncaster store, we were immediately greeted by Sarah who was smiling and happy. Offered us a cup on tea or coffee on arrival and left us to browse but offered her help if needed. We then went on to do the sleep match which Sarah told us about to find us the perfect mattress for us. Sarah offered us a pillow to use when testing the mattress and helped us find the best deal for our price range. We walked away very happy after purchasing our new bed frame and mattress for an excellent price.
