Dreams - Crawley Arvostelua 

I was kept up to date with delivery date and time. The delivery men put the bed together really quick.

I want to sing praises of Dreams, they have been so helpful to me and deserve a customer award for their services.
I purchased a single adjustable bed, unfortunately I had difficulty getting in & out of bed (due to ongoing health issues) I then fell out of bed , realising it wasn't the bed for me! After speaking to Dreams they kindly allowed me to swap my single bed for a double one,
Big problem I was able, just, with aids to get in the bed but was unable to get out!!!
Dreams came to my rescue again, I was allowed to send this bed back as it has been decided I need a hospital bed. The bed was collected within a few days and apart from paying a pick up fee My money was reimbursed within the week! How good was that?
So again I say a great big thank you for your excellent customer service, a big shout out for Sean, your
kindness and empathy & understanding, well done Dreams from a very happy & grateful customer.

I think the mattress is great my husband not to happy it's not firm enough

i did not experience any problems. The delivery was on time and the delivery gents were polite and helpful when setting up the bed , removing the old one then tidying up after themselves.
The bed is in my guest room and has been tested and given 5stars by my guests for comfort.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable, fully explaining products, taking time with us & leaving us to talk over our decision. Delivery was seamless, arrived on time & really helpful delivery guy. All in all, a really excellent experience.

Dreams have been great took us to the machine bed that’s helps you choose the right mattress we were taken to serval beds to find the most comfortable mattress for us ordering was easy and we were made a lovely cup of tea . The staff were very helpful and friendly and made choosing our mattresse and bed a pleasant experience
Once the bed arrived on the date arranged the delivery men took old bed and mattress away put our new bed together talked us though the care of the mattress they were very friendly and polite , the only thing was they left a staple in the bed which I cut my finger on when we made the bed and had to change the sheet again as I got blood on it

The team at Dreams in Crawley are great. They are very helpful and don’t rush you or put pressure on you. We have brought 2 mattresses and bed frames from them. Will definitely go there again.

The whole experience from selection in the store to delivery and now sleeping on my lovely new bed has been fantastic. The sales team were very helpful and supportive, the delivery team friendly, polite and accommodating. My new bed and mattress a delight to sleep on.

Good product and nice people to deal with

Arrived at Crawley shop was greeted by member of staff and was asked to feel free to look around. Pillows were given. Looked around without any hassle but when needed assistance was happy to advise.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, they weren’t pushy, they took the time to understand my requirements and budget and the gave some suitable suggestions so I could
find the right mattress. We were able to take home a mattress on the day and the excellent staff (Ian and Matthew) plus a lovely lady made sure the mattress was appropriately packaged and fitted into the car. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

The whole process was fantastic the sales lady kaylee was exceptional and delivery was very smooth both the fitters were polite and did a brilliant job removed there shoes and took great care bringing the bed in and cleaned up all the waste five stars to dreams

The sales team in the shop were very patient and hepful guiding me around the various types of mattress to help me decide on the right one for me. The delivery people arrived on time and carried the very heavy mattress in, unpacked it and took away the packaging and the old matress leaving the bedroom neat and tidy. What more could anyone ask.
