Nightmare
My new bed arrived this morning. The two delivery guys couldn’t get the bed upstairs. They removed a bed that was exactly the same as the one being delivered no problem. I took the bed up to the bedroom myself as soon as they left. I’m a 66 year old pensioner yet I managed. I unpacked the delivery downstairs and took it up in two trips. The main bed first and then the bed that goes underneath. I hope you read this and learn something.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the exceptional service I received! Mac was a gem from start to finish. He patiently walked us through all the mattress options, explaining their features and benefits. He even showed us frames and helped us choose pillows tailored to our needs—truly going above and beyond.
What set Mac apart was his genuine care and consideration. Unlike others who focus on upselling or pushing the most expensive options, Mac prioritized finding what worked best for us. His down-to-earth demeanor, knowledge, and attentiveness made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for someone who truly values your comfort and satisfaction, Mac is your go-to. I’d gladly drive to Coventry for his assistance, even though there’s a Dreams closer to me in Leamington. For something as personal as a mattress, having someone who genuinely cares about your well-being is priceless. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service- highly recommended!
On 30 November my husband and I purchased a Therapur ActiGel Glacier3800 SK mattress from Dreams at Gallagher retail park, Coventry. We received fantastic service and can thoroughly recommend the store and personnel there. MAC dealt with us and offered brilliant advice and nothing was too much trouble. The manager, Mark, made us a superb cup of coffee and Tommy went through the payment process with us. They were all really lovely, made us feel very welcome and offered amazing customer service. Thank you!

Good Customer Service
Wanted a space saving bed, Had a look around at various shops and over the Internet.
Got really good service in the Coventry dreams store from Mac.
Was able to browse and ask for advice, Returned to buy a bed because I felt I was offered lots of advice and managed to get to the bed I wanted a good price.
The bed was for my son and the build feels solid.. he is very pleased with it.
