Best shopping experience in years!
This is the best company I have dealt with in a long time. My whole experience from beginning to end was outstanding. Kim in sales couldn’t have been more helpful and went out of her way to help us in any way she could. Delivery men were also excellent and very, very helpful. In my opinion there are not many companies who have employees as good as Dreams.

Easy process with helpful staff from start to finish
The staff at Dreams Clydebank Dreams were very helpful and pleasant, the process of purchasing a new bed was made easy from the very start to picking it up at their Glasgow depot, the bed itself was easy to put up (so my husband said) with the clear instructions provided, we are very happy with our new bed

I was after a new bed and mattress and I paid a visit to the store in clydebank I tried the sleepmatch and I found the perfect mattress and bed the assistant Julia was really helpful and have me her full attention everything was delivered within two weeks and the two chaps that assembled the bed they were fantastic their names are Darren and John Thank you guys for a job well done I recommend dreams to other shoppers janette Lawrie scotla.nd

Really good experience
We were surprised that we were treated so well when we were looking for a new mattress. The staff found out what firmness of mattress we needed then showed us the options we had.
The delivery driver and crew were fantastic when delivering the mattress.

Amersham Mattress (Julia)

Excellent Service!!
The sales representative Julie at the Clydebank branch was excellent from beginning to end. Throughout the whole experience she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very polite and helpful service with a smile. Making the whole Dreams purchase experience enjoyable.

Excellent service and attentiveness…
Excellent service and attentiveness from the in store assistant (Debbie) when we went in to look at sofa beds. The delivery was precisely on time and the delivery folk were excellent and extremely helpful in bringing the sofa bed to the upstairs room for which it was purchased. We would not hesitate to recommend Dreams for their all round service and the sofa bed is exactly what we hoped it would be. First rate all round.
