Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable
Very helpful, knowledgeable and polite staff. They were happy to let us browse and were not pushy. Very happy with the purchase, comfy mattress. The delivery team arrived on time and again were polite.

Buying a new mattress
Jane the assistant was very helpful. Explained the differences and prices of the mattresses. We were allowed plenty of time to make our decision. We were offered as cup of tea. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Bury St Edmunds Store - Fantastic Customer Service!
Today we visited Bury St Edmunds store and were greeted by the very welcoming Nathan. We had no idea what we were looking for and a million questions, but nothing was too much trouble for him - he actually took the time to give us a complete explanation of different styles, types and functionality of beds all whilst not being too pushy.
Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish, I will absolutely be returning when the time comes!!

We were made to feel welcome as soon as…
We were made to feel welcome as soon as we got in the store. We were asked what we wanted and the price range. We were shown mattresses in our price bracket without any pressure to spend more. Wasn't judged because we didn't have a big budget . Was offered tea or coffee. Was shown the sleep mattress that recommends what type you need. Overall a lovely experience again which is why I went back to them rather than go to another store
