Hi guys, I want to share my experience with Dreamport for all those wondering what this company is all about. I, like so many others before me, naively participated in their mandatory 8 hours a day, Mon-Fri, every week, training, for more than a month and completed/passed all of their Mindtickle modules. However, on the final "graduation" day, their advisor/HR team used the lamest excuse they could find in the books to terminate my account, claiming that I was “not often available during the training sessions”, which would be funny if it was not ridiculous.

That is a blatant lie saying that I was “not often available during the training sessions.” The truth is that I never missed a single day of their training sessions. That claim right there is one of clearest, easy-to-miss indications of the values espoused by this company. They not only lie about small, provable details like those, but also about significant things like the work itself being freelance. Work there is not really freelance—remote work maybe, but not freelance work. Dreamport is practically a modern-day slavery firm that will have you slaving away 8 hours every day for months on end with the hopes / promise of earning some great commissions in the future.

You will also be required to lie about your own name as an agent, where you work from, and so much more (particularly flavoring in little lies all through when selling their products to unsuspecting clients) just to participate in this offshore scum masquerading as a legitimate US company. The platform itself seemed very racist to me and majorly favors Indian applicants (for whatever reason), so be warned if you are not Indian irregardless of their claim to be global. They are notorious for using all types of flimsy reasons/lies to terminate agent accounts, whether you are in their so-called Live Nesting, Junior agent stages, etc.—cold-heartedly disregarding the fact that you’ll have invested so much of your time and money to participate in their program. If you burn out, or the ridiculous amount of labor you provide there shows signs of slowing down/slacking for whatever reason, they manufacture a reason to kick you out.

Anyone who wants to pursue this pipe dream—go ahead… be my guest. But be warned that even if you “graduate” and become a “junior agent” etc, the core ethos of the company is the same. You will, in all surety, at some point, regret wasting so much of your time chasing a pipe-dream at Dreamport, a company that is completely opaque, inflexible, and relies on exploitative labor practices. It is no wonder their employee churn is unusually high, and they are always hiring! High churn is a clear red flag, pointing to poor culture that’s characterized by toxic/exploitative work environments, micromanagement, and burnout—all of which are pervasive in this company. Be warned guys.

Bottomline: Dreamport is looking for human resource to exploit. Period. If you show any signs of not being open to being exploited for cheap/free labor, you are kicked out, using all kinds of flimsy reasons and lies to get you out. That is my experience as someone who regrettably fell for the allure of the pipe dream sold to job seekers by this enterprise that you can earn hundreds to thousands of dollars there. And good luck to anyone trying to find honest reviews online from disgruntled workers of the company—any negative reviews are quickly drowned out by their army of online marketing workers (likely hired freelancers as well) that are charged to ensure the reality of work there continues to stay in the dark and the general public never finds out the truth about working at Dreamport.

I regret wasting so much of my time at this company—time I could have used for other more productive and legitimate endeavors. But, I am glad I got out fairly early on, sooner rather than later. I truly hope no-one else gets duped by this company's elaborate marketing pitches and promises of high "potential" commissions/earnings. Ultimately, I hope that regulatory authorities finally catch-up with this company that's praying on vulnerable job seekers, and put a stop to its unethical/disingenuous practices. This is not a bitter rant, but an honest take of what I saw there.

I see a lot in the Company that can be done to make it so much near perfect.

My experience with Dreamport has been very positive from the very beginning. One of the things that stood out most was how clear, streamlined, and well-organized the entire training process was. I did not face any difficulties throughout the training program because the materials and structure were very self-explanatory and easy to follow.

What impressed me most was how the training was designed in a way that even someone like me with no prior experience in this industry could successfully learn the required skills and become confident in their role. The on-boarding process was well thought out and provided all the necessary knowledge to get started.

After completing the initial training and testing, I moved on to the live nesting phase, which included two weeks of practical training with supervisors. This stage was also exceptionally well organized. The advisors and supervisors were professional, approachable, and supportive throughout the process. They helped bridge the gap between the theoretical knowledge learned through the online courses and the practical application of that knowledge in real-world situations. Their guidance made the transition into the role much smoother and more effective.

During the live nesting training, I was offered an opportunity to join the Lead Generation team in Skylux Travel, which I gladly accepted. Once again, my immediate supervisors and advisors in the department were incredibly supportive and invested in my development. They provided continuous guidance, encouragement, and assistance whenever needed.

Another aspect that has made my experience great is that the company genuinely follows through on its commitment to recognizing talent and providing opportunities for growth. Within just a few months of joining the Lead Generation department, my efforts and abilities were recognized, and I was promoted to the position of Advisor Lead Generation within Skylux Travel. This demonstrated to me that hard work and dedication are valued and rewarded.

Currently, I continue to work as an Advisor and remain grateful for the ongoing support from my supervisors and colleagues. The positive work environment, strong training programs, supportive leadership, and clear opportunities for career development have all contributed to a very rewarding experience. So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey with the company and look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and contribute within Skylux Travel and Dreamport as a whole.

Solicité un día en mi trabajo para participar de la capacitación inicial, completé los registros de asistencia requeridos, participé activamente durante la sesión y aprobé el quiz correspondiente. Sin embargo, posteriormente se me informó una ausencia sin que se realizara una verificación previa de la información ni se me brindara una instancia para aclarar la situación.

Más allá de este episodio, al revisar las condiciones contractuales encontré cláusulas que otorgan una amplia discrecionalidad a la empresa respecto de suspensiones, pagos y permanencia en el programa, además de restricciones que considero poco equilibradas para un esquema de trabajo independiente.

Lo que más me molestó fue la sensación de que el tiempo y el compromiso de los participantes no son valorados adecuadamente. Cada persona deberá sacar sus propias conclusiones, pero considero importante compartir esta experiencia para que otros evalúen cuidadosamente la propuesta antes de invertir su tiempo.

my hardware assesment review is still pending and i don't know that should i move on with other further modules as i have send many mail asking abut my review on hardware assesment that i have cleared it or not and i have not then is there one more attempt if there is not so let me know so that i will not move on with other modules and think ahead for other jobs but there has not been any reply rather then they are still reviewing .

Hello everyone, I am new to the Dreamport program and currently progressing through the training. While researching the platform, I came across a number of negative reviews online, which has made me a bit uncertain about what to expect.
Some reviews mention that new agents may spend a long time training, earn very little in the beginning, or only make a few sales each month. As someone who is still deciding how much time and effort to invest in this opportunity, I would really appreciate hearing from experienced Dreamport experts.

What was your experience during your first few months? How long did it take before you started earning consistently? Is the training and effort worth it in the long run?

It's great because personally I met with some great people as my supervisor and senior supervisor and they are Okoye and Mercedes. They are always there when you need them not only in professional manner but they also motivates and helps to grow in personal and professional life. I am very grateful to the company to give the opportunity where I can learn and earn in the same time.

The experience is great but needs some minor reforms

Por todo lado encuentro reportes y testimonios que señalan que Dreamport podría ser una estafa. Precisamente por eso decidí no iniciar el entrenamiento y primero investigar de qué se trata realmente la empresa. Después de revisar YouTube, Reddit y otras redes sociales, encontré una gran cantidad de personas compartiendo experiencias negativas y quejas muy similares entre sí.

Lo que más me preocupa es que, en lugar de responder con claridad a esas inquietudes o presentar evidencia que las desmienta, la respuesta suele ser minimizar o desacreditar las experiencias de quienes se sienten afectados. Si me pedían pruebas para sustentar mis dudas, considero que ya encontré suficientes motivos para ser cauteloso antes de involucrarme.

Oh God I’m panicking I’m in the second week of live training and literally no positive review from someone who wasn’t invited more bad reviews from places like x and Reddit I’m just really hoping I didn’t just waste about 4 weeks of my life because I really really put my all in this thing

I recently joined the team finished my 25 modules.. completely awaiting to go to the next stage on Mindtickle training. approved and confirmed earned certificate. Today am told that i have incomplete modules and yet i finished all..what might be the problem have reached the trainer team no respond yet..and am told i have two days to complete what is not there without that my access to dreamport shall be closed. what am i supposed to do? N/B all knowledge and mission test are passed.

The company has improved on compensation. The targets especially the call ratio has been standardised and productivity has a bonus. %age for GP has improved as well. There is an AI assistance now. Our TL Azshara and supervisor Georgia are Perfect.

The dynamic work environment, where no two days are the same, made it great. Dreamport training is comprehensive and intensive; its scope covers most of what is necessary to make me an independent travel manager.
