Started out of curiosity, now it became a stable income every month. I did not expect much when I joined, but the professionalism and continuous opportunity to improve made impression.

RUN! it's a time waste, They will feed up your mind with enthusiasm but after Months of hardworking you gonna be TERMINATED as you didn't match their criteria beside their training is UNPAID so you gotta waste not only your effort but also your mindset, no rewarding system at all.

I completed the whole course and got a email saying it's done and I would recieve a test.

And now your team says I didn't complete it in time and my account is deactivated

This is ridiculous

I like the compensation scheme as it pushes me to do more and I like how organized everything is and how helpful everyone is from the HR team to supervisors, even my colleagues, I love the environment, its a really nice place to work

I like the good structure for the workflow and professionalalism. However, I feel like 8 hours a day, 5 days a week is a loooong time for it to be commission based earnings only. It would sound better if there was like the basic salary for showing up at work 8 hours a day honestly... even if its not much. Considering the high specifications that the company demands, internet connectivity cost and always being on your top game. Then the higher earnings can come according to performances being added onto the basic salary.

Don't waste ur time in this company, they're looking for a free labor, people that they can take advantage of. They'll waste 3 months of ur lifetime, that u can instead spend on doing productive things, spending quality time with friends and family, and those positive reviews were written by their HR or bots LOL

so i once read the reviews about dreamport at first I thought people were just lying, but I have come to complete my 1st training... from there it's been quiet, only to receive an email saying my access to Dreamport has been cancelled. I have tried to write a number of emails, but no reply..... this is not what I was expecting and am very disappointed because I remember spending so much time, and now all that time is wasted... not fair at all. Even though they have some good and organised training, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I followed through with the training and I was enrolled to customer service Oojo. The experience was extremely horrible. First of all, the team leader was a horrible woman who was very biased. She was so unhelpful and always getting mad when you ask her a question, yet she is pushing you to reach targets. It was horrible. Secondly, is the pay. It is very small. After all that struggle, they payed me $57 which is always payed a month later and that is unreasonable. The payment schedule is so complicated and they don't show how they arrived to that figure of $57. The team leader herself could not explain how that figure was arrived as well. This is a company that promises a lot and makes you go through a lot of training which is self training and then pay you peanuts. It is a company that is misusing people from different countries for cheap labor. They will use complicated Metrix of payment and then pay people money that can't even pay for the internet that a very strong internet for the systems they use. I have never worked for such a bad company. It is the worst company to seek employment from.

I was in the final phase of my training and had completed almost all the required modules ahead of schedule. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I faced delays in completing the remaining modules after the software and hardware verification stage. As a result, my account was suspended.

It’s disappointing that DreamPort chose not to acknowledge the time, effort, and professionalism I put into completing the training. I even reached out via email requesting just a 2-day extension to wrap up the remaining modules, but unfortunately, my request was denied.

It feels disheartening that all the hard work and dedication I invested has gone to waste.

Starting here was the best decision I could’ve made. The support system is on point — I never felt lost, even when everything was totally new to me. My manager always made time for questions, and my supervisor had this amazing way of explaining things without making you feel bad for not knowing them.

In a few months, I went from knowing nothing to becoming a travel agent who knows how to handle clients, close deals, and earn commissions. I gained way more than just technical skills — I learned how to be confident.

If you're someone starting from zero, this place gives you all the tools and people to grow.

I have finished pre live stage rated 97th percentile in my team but the problem is until now my review under hardware and software is still pending yet I have finished all modules, I have tried to send emails no reply, and again till now I haven't received email that shows my completion. so meaning all my effort will go in vein because of Internet speed which is something that can be worked on, is it fair??

The team did great damage control after reviewing my experience stated below. I have greatly been attended to and my efforts have been recognised.

1. I passed all my modules exceedingly well. I was in the upper 87th percentile.

2. I finished all my modules way on time. The only glitch that I faced concerning my hardware and software assessment, which I managed to communicate promptly concerning the issues, but did not get a response to, was only reviewed on the day that I was supposed to have finished my pre-live training sessions. I went on to ask how long I had to submit my reattempt, as I had failed due to an unusual situation where my downloading Internet speed was over 70mbps and my uploading speed was less than 25mbps. I had to engage a technical expert to assist me with the issue. I had to invest in a new laptop and other accessories to improve my situation. I sent the reattempt after communicating my situation and did not get a response. My reattempt was reviewed and I got 100% for it. The following day, I received an email stating that my access to Dreamport is being cancelled because I either failed or did not finish my training on time. This is totally unfair, regardless of the efforts I put in, promptly finishing my modules, doing exceedingly well in my assessments, communicating regularly, even though I did not get responses and using my funds to enhance my hardware and software.
I am totally in shock that after revealing such levels of commitment and professionalism and my efforts to communicate, the only glitch I faced in the entire process, they concluded it as incompetence on their part.

The work environment is great. The supervisors are readily available to assist. Overall it's a great company

Dreamport initially appears appealing due to its enticing promises. However, my personal experience with their lessons and steps revealed a significant lack of consideration, particularly when faced with an emergency. I'm relieved I didn't commit further to Dreamport.

It's concerning to note that the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this company seem to come exclusively from invited participants, suggesting they might be compensated for their feedback. I'd be interested to see genuine positive reviews from individuals who were not invited.

Echoing the sentiments of many others, especially my fellow Filipina who also posted a review, to my fellow Filipinos, I strongly urge you to thoroughly research this company before engaging with them. Please, do not waste your time and effort on Dreamport.

Even while working remotely, there is a strong sense of teamwork. We’re encouraged to share ideas, solve problems together, and support one another.
When good work is recognized, it’s motivating. It feels good to know that our contributions are valued and appreciated.

I liked the fact that they took a chance on a novice and trained me to become a successful travel manager. The fact that I can work from anywhere is an added advantage. You can make money while working as a digital nomad!

Finally learned how to earn from home or anywhere! Along the way, I’ve gained so many new skills. Grateful for the growth, freedom, and opportunities.
