The best by a mile

Having used DR bikes many times they are by far the best around

The staff are knowledgeable and ever friendly and helpful, even helping me source a discontinued part that my Yamaha main dealer couldn’t find for me

I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing service, extremely knowledgable on all items required, friendly, polite and extremely fast delivery! I would always recommend DR BIKES!! Not only the best service but also best prices around!

Absolutely amazing service from DR bikes!
Always my go to for bike spares and parts hands down. Great prices quick delivery and unbelievably good customer service skills. Extremely knowledgeable and always goes the above and beyond!
Never pushes to sell anything just genuinely seems happy to help!

Great customer service

I’ve been to Dan quite a few times for items ranging from general service bits to engine enhancements. Always get a quick response and even faster postage. Can’t recommend him enough.

Beware. Item returns claimed "lost"

Returned a icon jacket due to being a bad fit. No reply to my return request so I returned it to the return address which was on the label. It also matched Google and the address they later supplied. They were very awkward and rude and said they won't accept returns from hermes. Hermes delivered with GPS images and photo evidence but guess what.... They didn't receive it. And avoided returning my £175. Avoid

you are full aware the Item was returned to the wrong address, we told you it needed to have sent to our address for a refund but instead of chasing your courier you instead put your time and effort into these reviews , so unable to refund unless returned to us which is a basic return policy for any company

if you do decide to put your effort into your courier and get the item back and send to the correct address we more then happy to refund

Rude and Discourteous.

Ordered an item which I needed quickly. Contacted Dr Bikes before I ordered to check delivery timescales to be told I would have it "next day" so I went ahead and ordered. When I had not received my order 3 days later I chased, only to be dealt with in a rude, disrespectful and condescending manner by a male staff member. I did eventually get my item, but if you are hoping to be spoken to politely or valued as a customer, be warned. You won't be.

Update: When you read the response below, please take into consideration that DrBikes are not talking about me or my purchase.

Despite what they claim, my details have not been shared with this company.

yes the item was sent on a next day but the courier was delayed at the main hub which we can only apologise for, when we spoke to you and made you aware of the delay by the courier we offered a refund on the next day postage paid for but you was more interested in berating the poor member of staff, to the point she did end the phone call as is not paid to be verbally abused in such a manner

we apologise if that came across as rude but we have a zero tolerance for such behaviour

from checking you only called us once which was recorded and then a variety of messages including the ones where we arrange return postage at our cost and also refunded you the full amount for the item and the postage you had paid

all in all we done all we can to aid you but are not here as your verbal punch bag

we wish you all the best in your racing career and do wish you change the way you act with company's or you it will hinder your progression within it massively

we at DRBikes like to help as much as we can but this customer would not take any help and was dreadful to our staff member to the point made her cry so this is the strength of him and how he behaves

the Buyer Steven claims we do not know who he is but when he posted this we was given his email by trustpilot so 100% is linked to his order and it is verified so also links to order, he is attempting to use underhand tactics to defame us but then again he made a staff member cry from a torrent of abuse so shows his character as a very unruly gentlemen indeed and changes this review 3-5 times a day for the last week so goes to show his narcissistic ways
