Nice Product But !!
Nice Product - but the packaging totally put me off ever ordering from this supplier again. It was in a damaged box on arrival and then the packaging inside was filthy dirty and went all over the place - I felt I needed a shower after opening it -

Couriers may eventually handle parcels badly and it is beyond our control. We do make sure all items are properly protected inside their shipping box and our products are very unlikely to get to you damaged.
This brings me to the second point regarding the packaging material. We are testing recycled cardboard as cushioning inside the boxes. We use a special dust extractor for the recycling machine, but there may be some dust residue left. Furthermore, only products that are packed in a separate box inside the shipping box are being packed with the above mentioned material.
We do value your opinion and are currently considering other environmentally friendly options that would also be more convenient for the customer.
