An overall good experience despite the maintenance work noise
The building was modern and very well-equipped! The staff was really attentive to our needs and always ready to help.
The only major thing that bothered me was the amount of maintenance work done throughout the year, especially from September to December 2024: I would always be woken up by drilling sounds at around 8 during weekdays.

Hi Nino,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're really pleased to hear you enjoyed the building and felt supported by our team throughout your stay.
We’re truly sorry the maintenance noise affected your mornings. While the work was necessary to keep the building in top condition, we understand how disruptive it can be and appreciate your patience during that time.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’re working on ways to better manage future maintenance to minimise the impact on residents.
Thanks again for your kind words- we hope to welcome you back soon!
