Beautiful patio blinds and Kimberly Scott was exceptional with her presentation of the product we purchased. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Will purchase interior blinds from Dove in the future!

The sales staff and installation were both good!

From the sales to the installation great service. Would use again.

I would recommend Dove Carpet to everyone I know!

Great friendly and knowledgeable people

Nice to work with upbeat, innovative people.
From the original design to installation, A1!.

Windows have never been "treated" better than by Dove. They're professional, personal, caring and do an expert job of providing quality window treatments. We are so pleased with every facet of our experience, from the choosing of the treatments right through to the installation. Truly a wonderful company!

Great product. Great price. Great service. Great people.

Beautiful blinds delivered quickly.

Work was done on time. Workers acted professionally, cleaned the finished area. Plan to use this company again soon.

My review is of the flooring department only. They missed the date they were to deliver the flooring. Then the following day they were hours late.
It took over 12 hours for a 2 man crew to install 300 sq ft of vinyl planking. We had no idea they would be in our house until 7:30 pm. It seemed 1 was a skilled installer while the other was a helper. Neither spoke english. Apparently they didn't have what is normally used to clean the floor after installation and were getting ready to leave when I insisted they do something to clean the floor. With a shrug of the shoulders 1 of the men took a sponge and some water and cleaned what he could. They left us with a livingroom floor covered with grit and dried glue. I cleaned what I could that night. The next day I got tired of waiting for the supervisor (?) to call to check on how the job went, and called him at 11:30. He made arrangements for a cleaning company to come and clean the floor. Then the tropical storm Hermine hit so we ended up living in this dirty mess from Wed. until Tues. I never did hear from Dove's install supervisor as to how things went. Today Dove called to get my final payment. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the job it was obvious that all they wanted to hear was if the floor was installed correctly. When my answer was yes all they wanted to hear was when and how the payment was to be made. Not even an apology. No attempt to make things right.
I usually try to give my business to local business but Dove Interiers have seen the last of me.
FYI, in the past I had flooring installed in another house and I used Empire Flooring. I should have used them again.

From the in-home measurement appointment to the in-store selection process, Kim had great ideas and suggestions. I particularly appreciated her pre-selection of fabric books for me to look at based on her visit to my home. I have received the Hunter Douglas Silhouette for my triple sliding door and it is beautiful. I am looking forward to the arrival of the remainder of window treatments to arrive and be installed.
Highly recommend Kim and Dove Interiors.

Absolutely love my blinds and the installation...would highly recommend Dove!

Last spring, we purchased ceramic flooring as well as a backsplash from Dove Carpet. Product is truly amazing! Alejandro and the installation crew are professional, talented, knowledgeable and true gentlemen. We will use them for all future projects because of their great installation service.

Horrible customer service. Would not use this store again and tell as many people as I can about the rude owner. The Hunter-Douglas Lumineers were defective, not once, not twice, but three times. Owner ended up hanging up on me. Listen, I didn't make the Lumineers and with the price paid, they should have been stellar and were not.

We absolutely love this superb family owned business. Our family wouldn't choose any one else to care for our flooring and backsplash needs. 👍🏻👍🏻
