My Range Rover L405 had an issue with the suspension, the guys at Wolston 4x4 have sorted the issue after going through extensive fault diagnosis I am very happy with the outcome so well done all.

Took my car in for an MoT and Service. The service was already very expensive for an oil and filter replacement as they said it would take 6 hours! It then failed the MoT and the garage claimed the 3 of the 4 tyres needed changing due to ‘cuts’ in the tyre and sidewall damage. I took it straight to a tyre and MoT shop no more than 5 minutes down the road who advised that only 1 of the tyres was a fail due to the sidewall damage and the others would be an advisory because the cuts in the main treat of the tyres were less than 25mm and there was no visible cords without opening the cut, which the MoT tester should not have done. I also asked them to check the other major failed item, lower ball joints on the front wishbone and they said that they would be an advisory not a fail but did suggest getting them changed within the next few months.
I have absolutely no faith in Douglass Motors after this and would suggest anyone to stay well clear.

Ordered an ARB item and the storage bag was missing. Called them and spoke with Tom. A more helpful man you could not wish for. He arranged a complete replacement and sent it out via FEDEX. I cannot praise them enough - Absolutely brilliant customer service, I really am truly delighted.

Rip off garage. Over priced and felt left cheated. Took in my car for MOT and engine light coming up. After spending £100 on diagnostics was advised to do do enhanced diagnostics as they couldn't tell me exactly what issue car have this costed me another £300 and no new faults came up. Fixed the first issue coming up on first diagnostics was advised that everything is good, car have been road tested and engine light is not coming up. However on my first run on motorway my engine light was back. Called told them about it was advised to bring in car for another diagnostics, oh how naive I was that I though I will not need to pay anything for it as they failed to find a fault after 2 diagnostics and leaving me with faulty car, they charged me another £100 for it. When I question it excuses was that this fault was not coming up on first two diagnostics.
Before I took car to this garage my engine light was cleared just by having quick error check done on car it lasted me 2 day's the same amount of time these guys done after having 2 diagnostics done. Did they even done any enhanced checks diagnostics? After spending £730 I have now new quote where they say my nox sensor needs to be changed what will cost me £700 just for parts and on top of that work included. No thank you!
