If i could give no stsrs u would ,what has happend to this sight? Treated like a child over 'due diligence' and 'responsible gaming'. Spent a bit longer online after I broke my ankle and was stuck at home and found my account blocked. I had to call and agree to a limit on my account, which I discovered is unchangeable for 3 months. Never used this company, they somehow have my number registered to a woman called Joanne.
I have repeatedly contacted them asking them to remove my number under GDPR (still have the logs), each time they say it has been carried out.
Only to later get a bunch of spam messages addressed to Joanne.
I have made it clear that I have not consented to my data being processed by this website and requested its removal, they always say they will comply and then don't.
I would recommend avoiding this website as they are incapable of handling data in a way that is legally compliant and a complaint has been made to the ICO.
