Excellent service from Desmond & Brian S from the High Wycombe Depot in delivering our shipment of boxes (mostly books, far too many books, which makes for very heavy boxes) up a flight of stairs. Couldn't ask for better work. (Job Ref 264833)

The initial visit was very helpful to explain how Doree Bonner set about their removals. The assessment for my needs was done and completed in a very short time and the staff member was polite and thoroughly professional.

The guys were great and made a stressful time less stressful. They had all our possessions in the van in no time and put the items in the rooms required. Have used them in our previous moves which we received the same level of service.

Dan, Des & Brian’s from the High Wycombe Depot. They helped my moving from Wembley to Grays at the end of April. They packed professionally and quickly, and finished the moving job around mid-afternoon, earlier than we expected. Also, just called the company to collect the remaining packing materials, they arranged a fast collection for me as well. They also charged a good price for the service comparing to other moving companies. I would definitely recommend them.

Simon Ruffle maintained regular contact with me re: the admin aspect since my initial enquiry three months before the move. He demonstrated care and efficiency, and was able to finally organise our move at very short notice following a period of delays and uncertainty. The team who packed us up and moved us over two days were absolutely fabulous: Daniel Turner, Brian Spires, Ashley Allister, and the other guys who dipped in and out: Des, Toby, Nick, and more! They were calm, friendly, cheerful, hardworking, extremely efficient - making us and our dog feel at ease throughout. Simon & Dawn McGregor continue to assist us - now arranging free collection of cartons from the move, nothing is too much trouble. Of the whole selling/purchasing experience, the move was the least stressful aspect, all due to the amazing Doree Bonner team. Money well spent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Toby, Adam, Desmond and Barry made moving and packing/storing on and offsite plus additionally moving to a new accommodation so easy that we might move again! (Joke!) my friend is 84 years and has had a major flood in her home so this delicate and sensitive operation was not lost on these guys ❤️‍🩹 thank you all so much from Nina and her family 🙏

Job ref 248787: Well what can I say other than these guys made a stressful situation a breeze. We had Sam J and Simon N turn up on time and got stuck in straight away, with packing and wrapping and nothing was to much trouble. They were both respectful and polite, and then later in the day Desmond S and Dan T turned up to help out. I have to say, that all of these guys worked like Trojans and they are an absolute credit to the company, and based on their work ethic and personalities, I would not hesitate to recommend Doree Bonner.

Glyn, Elliot and Dave were great so helpful and efficient would highly recommend them and Doreebonner of course. They made a stressful situation much easier and more manageable couldn’t have got through the move without them.

We were allocated to this company through our house insurance company when a cat went through the wall into my Mothers front room.
This company packed stored and delivered two rooms of furniture. Both collected at different time to suit us. Both delivered back after many months of storage returned at different times.
We are very happy with the everything about the procedure. All staff were very polite and professional. The office staff were a a delight ti deal with and bent over backwards ti fit a long journey of our inti the planning.
The lads were respectful and obliging. We had several staff members on our journey with this company. All equal in our recognition. Adam and Cam were the last two to finalise the job. Thank you all.

An excellent service was provided, with very short notice , all my family's belongings were kept safe in storage for us due to a slight hiccup with the bank . Then once we had the keys to our new house , all our belongings and furniture were delivered and off loaded with the greatest of care , the guys that turned up were very professional and very understanding . I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again .
