Bryan and the lads turned up on time and loaded everything within 2 hours! They have waited patiently for us to get our new house' keys and moved everything in swiftly. Everything got through the door and they even helped us to removed the massive corner sofa left by the previous owner! Would definitely recommend!!!

Our experience with this removals company was extremely disappointing. The delivery team were polite and friendly and the boxes were packed well, but the overall delivery process was poorly managed. Boxes were brought in first and furniture much later, which made the delivery disorganised and made it very hard to put things away. Several pieces of furniture also did not receive the same level of care and arrived damaged. When we raised these issues with the team at the time, they reassured us that “we’ll take photos of the damage and it’ll be taken to the office and dealt with,” giving us the impression that this was being managed. However, we were later told that all issues had to be reported within seven days, despite relying on the team’s reassurance. Additionally, despite the delivery team’s photographs and acknowledgement of the damage at the time, none of these internal photos were ever shared with us when requested.

The maid service provided afterwards was equally disappointing. Because the furniture arrived much later, they had nowhere to put the items properly and ended up placing things into bags with no organisation. As a result, we are still finding things in random places months later.

Throughout the claims process, the company repeatedly dismissed issues using generic inventory terms or crew recollections, even when these did not match the damage reported. Several explanations given were implausible and did not reflect the actual condition of the items. The overall handling from head office was selective, inconsistent, and dismissive.

For a large full‑house removal, the seven‑day claims window also felt unreasonably short. We identified further issues after this period, which made it impossible to raise them, and when we contacted head office, they argued back and simply added “A copy of the insurance policy is attached for your reference.” to dismiss any further discussion of the damaged items, despite multiple emails from us trying to resolve the issues.

Overall, the service we received fell far below the standard we expected. This experience was very different from the company’s own statement that “Doree Bonner are one of the UK’s leaders in removals and storage. We commit to always going the extra mile, ensuring that our clients experience a top quality service.”

Great experience from start to finish. Very professional and helpful. Nothing too much trouble and excellent service from Andy &Stephen on move day! Highly recommended!

Great communication from the beginning, throughout. On the day, Simon and Sam arrived on time, were very professional and friendly and took good care of my furniture and put it where I asked them. I would definitely recommend them!

Ant and Brian from the High Wycombe depot were absolutely outstanding throughout our move. They worked incredibly hard and relentlessly, especially considering the heat and the sheer size of the job. Despite the demanding conditions, they were always cheerful, professional, and extremely helpful.

Over the four days they spent helping us move, they made our whole family feel comfortable and at ease. Their packing was superb, with great care taken to protect all of our belongings, and they maintained a fantastic positive attitude from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Ant and Brian for making what could have been a very stressful move such a smooth and positive experience. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

They came and got my stuff so efficiently that I didn't have the time I thought I would to finish up some things that needed to go. That's a good thing. They were just great in every way. Unfortunately, my ticket is torn, so I don't have the names of the guys that did it, but the job reference number is 267718. Everything from my initial call to the company, to them accepting my tip that wasn't good enough in my mind (I didn't have enough cash to give them what I thought they deserved, just what I thought I would get). The while experience made an extremely stressful and depressing time in my life much better. Everything arrived just fine as well with nothing broken. I don't remember the date.

I would highly recommend this company. What really stands out is how committed they are to making your move as easy and stress free as possible. The staff are always easy to reach, responsive, and genuinely willing to find solutions. Their customer service made a real difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Ashley and Ben turned up - what super polite gentlemen, so tidy, and efficient - nothing was too much effort for them.

Packed up all our belongings and sent them on their way.

Doree Bonner is the only company one should ever use during a local or international move. They are extremely professional administratively. Their packing team who did my house were better than any I have ever dealt with and over the years I have dealt with twenty or more moving companies. Special thanks to Adam in sales, Angela in administration and Ian in packing. I am very fussy who works for me and how they conduct themselves. This company beats the others hands down.

A 5 star rating for the team members on the day, especially Sam J (Team L) and Harry D. They were sent on their own to move us out of a 3 bed house - an impossible task on completion day which led to my partner and 68 year old father having to help dismantle furniture and get it out to the lorry. We were late moving out but would’ve have been even later if they hadn’t helped. Desmond S, Cam A and Craig M came later in the day and were great as soon as they were there but we were in the impossible position of playing catch up.

Unfortunately Head Office were poor to say the least - their expectation that two team members would be able to do this job themselves is rather confusing. I had to put multiple calls into the office and said I wanted a further conversation afterwards yet they’ve not called.

In summary, the frontline workers were excellent, polite and we felt taken care of. But I wish my interactions with the head office had been more open, honest and realistic about how the job would be handled. We also didn’t receive wardrobe boxes so considering all boxes were included in the price, this wasn’t great and something future customers should clarify.
