Very prompt

Very prompt! The size didn’t fit, so I asked to exchange them for another model of sneakers. They responded to my request quickly. Thank you! I recommend!

Recieved a broken product and was harassed and denied return

I made an order and recieved a broken pair of shoes where the sole was detached and the upper surfaces cracked. The shoe is literally falling apart. Upon requesting a return and refund, the owner refused and was very aggressive, unprofessional, rude and disrepectful. I have this documented and reported to French authorities.

Before each shipment, we record a video review of the shoes to prevent such claims against us. The shoes you purchased from us were vintage from the 1990s, and we clearly stated in the description that they were not new. In our store policy, we inform our customers that, in rare cases, the shoes may get damaged during use.
We are always happy to offer you a discount. We believe it was unnecessary to start threatening us
