Dolly Girl Fashion Arvostelua 

Many people seem pretty upset with this site but my experiences have been pretty good so far.
I don't often shop here but when i do it literally comes the next day or two.
I do have to say their stock goes out very quick, online but as well as in their stores.

If you live in Australia and can't trust this site, just try going to the actual store itself.

I bought two tops, two shorts and two playsuits (sizes 8) from Dolly Girl Fashion. It was my first time online shopping from this store. It only took 4 working days to ship from Aus to NZ. Absolutely loved my outfits which I bought. Would definitely recommend to people. On the side note, might just want to be slightly careful on fabric and colours. However it does say on the page itself. Overall 9/10.

I've been shopping online at Dolly Girl Fashion for a few years now as they don't have a store here in Brisbane. I would say that I am pretty happy with my items 85% of the time and that's mainly because the prices of their clothing are significantly cheaper than other boutiques and their customer service team is always great with communication. The quality of their clothing is mostly good but there are times when sizing can be completely off and material can feel cheap - but that's the same with all other stores that sell the same stuff. I love how they have a huge range of styles and I appreciate their good customer service.

Loved My order, was surprised to see some negative reviews, ordered on a Sunday received by Thursday! Located in Canada, I like what I got.

Worst customer service!!!

I ordered a top online and it happened to be out of stock, so instead of returning my money they gave me a credit note because they have a no refund for change of mind policy. Makes no sense, i didn't change my mind ,its not my fault they haven't updated their system.

I've emailed them 3 times with no response.

When looking at their photos you can see many girls actually modeling the products- which I thought was really nice. Upon receiving my package of goodies I was so disappointed. The quality and the actual items look nothing like they are pictured. When contacting customer service they refuse to let me return any of the items because some where sale products. I will never be shopping there again and now I have a huge bag of items I will never wear. I would advise to shop some where you can actually get your money's worth of items.

I've ordered here twice and I love it!! The customer service is just excellent as well, and the lady I spoke to on the phone yesterday (I believe her name was Em?) was very patient and didn't mind that I changed one of the sizes for my order! Thank you for that! :D The delivery was super quick as well; came the next day. Will definitely be ordering here again

I wouldn't buy from here again. I ordered a dress and asked for express shipping, I didn't see it for about 2 weeks which really upset me because I wanted it for Christmas hence paying for the express shipping. To top it off when the dress arrived it still had the tags on it?! Two massive tags that could only be removed if I went into a random store and proved I'd bought the dress and hadn't stole it from somewhere, unless I wanted to rip and destroy the dress. I emailed dolly girl fashion and their response felt so disinterested and I felt shrugged off, they told me they would give me a 10 or 15% discount can't remember specifically which one on my next order and that they would email me the code.... I never got an email or got a code. So yeah real bad customer service.

I ordered 6 dresses and play suits from dolly girl fashion and since I spent more than $150 the shipping was free. I was surprised at how fast the shipping to Canada was, I placed the order on a Sunday and received it on Friday! All of the items were high quality and fit true to size. I'm always skeptical when ordering clothing online but I have no complaints with dolly girl fashion and will be ordering from them again in the future

They replied almost instantly when they thought they were helping me but now that they are in the wrong and owe me $72 they are not replying and outright ignoring my emails and complaints.

That's $72 I will never ever see again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely disgusting to see the blame put back onto the customer. Yes I was promised a refund, but that refund never came. Even when they ACKNOWLEDGED the return of one of the dresses (I know this because I was given store credit) they refused to acknowledge the return of the second dress and refund me (the second dress was IN THE SAME BAG). So in my eyes, this was outright lying & their reply to this complaint is just outright lying. Saying that they were 'waiting on me to confirm' is appalling quite frankly.. BOTH DRESSES WERE IN THE SAME PARCEL BAG! You cannot get away with acknowledge the return of one of them and then not of the other and then blaming it on 'waiting on the customer' especially after the many many emails sent that were clearly ignored. I LOVE this store and their affordable prices.. as a blogger I have always said nice things and send many customers their way, but only ever buy something if you know you're not going to need to return it, their customer service team is atrocious and I feel for the owner.

My credit voucher worked the first time but I did not paid for the items. When I tried using the second time it said invalid. I've emailed the customer service several times since late december 2014 till now but still no response . I've even left messages on instagram and Facebook and still no response. I've no choice but to file a claim through paypal.....still waiting for outcome.

Please purchase from stelly or lucyinthesky. Do not but from dolly girl fashion also sizing is a bit off.
