Bin auch enttäuscht. Nach 16 Jahren gebe ich auf und suche mir einen anderen Kaffeeanbieter. Die Website hat Schneckentempo, für lange gesammelte Punkte wird man mit lediglich 2 Euro abgefertigt und kann diese natürlich nur bei einer neuen Bestellung nutzen. Die Packung kostet im Supermarkt weniger, als hier im Shop. Hab auch das Gefühl, mittlerweile weniger Kaffee in der Tasse zu haben als früher. In den Starbuckssorten sind nur noch 12 Kapseln bzw. 6/6 drin...nein danke, ich bin raus! Schade!

das man einschläft, Aktuell Promo mit Code, 12PER46 geht wieder nicht da ich 15% irgend eine Aktion drin habe die ich nicht rausbekomme, somit wären es 64 Euro statt 46! Verarschen kann ich mich allein, die App funktioniert gar nicht mehr gleiche Zugangsdaten, technischer Fehler, und dann hat man mir noch 2000 Punkte gelöscht weil die angeblich schon über 2 Jahre wahren, einfach nur lächerlich. Für mich das Ende mit dieser Firma! Einfach nur ein Witz das Unternehmen, wenn man bedenkt das sie jetzt schon 6,29 € haben wollen! Hoffentlich macht das Unternehmen pleite, verdient wäre es, und der Kundenservice der nicht hilft, kann auch abgeschaft werden.

I've recently been drinking Americano, strength 4, but wanted something stronger so went for Americano Intenso, strength 8. The result was disappointing there is no real difference between the two.

Había una promo..comprando 20 cajas regalaban una cafetera...la cuál me pareció buena oferta..las compré y cuando me llega todo a casa resulta que la cafetera no va....la única solución que me dan es que devuelva todo y page yo el envío de vuelta....todo comprado en la App de dolce gusto...creo que en las promos envían las máquinas defectuosas(No estaba precintada) y poniendo tan difícil la devolución los compradores acaban quedandose con la máquina defectuosa...un desastre de compra

The new 'Improved' Latte is quite frankly DISGUSTING!
I used to love my 1 coffee in the evening after dinner but I am so disappointed with these new pods.
Unfortunately, I buy them on a subscribe & save, so now stuck with 12 boxes that I just can't see me drinking.
Such a shame as I will now have to look for a different brand.
Hopefully, Dolce Gusto will act on the negative comments and bring back our beloved coffee's!! 🙏

Awful. Don’t buy. Booklet came with machine stating they do dairy free pods. I was told by customer service they’re discontinued and they weren’t allowed to tell me other compatible pods I can use. They don’t cater to vegans or lactose intolerant people in 2026 which is crazy and appalling! I was offered a £5 discount code to compensate which is a joke. Returning the machine. Be better and cater to other groups of people. So angry.

Like many other reviews I have been buying Latte Macchiato Coffee Pods for years, the new improved taste is dreadful, tastes horrible, it needs a danger warning on the label, it now contains twice the amount of salt, 3% more Fat, significantly less fibre, the old product had 'Spectacular & Voluptuous' on the packet, its now described as "Indulgent and Creamy" , not according to my family it isn't, a great lesson on how to destroy a brand !

Really liked the latte but your so called new and improved taste is nasty and what is with the constant milk pods leaking all over the place i thought my machine had broken so got a new one amd nope still the same ..have been buying your machine and pods for years now sadly will have to go to another brand

Ho acquistato il cappuccino nescafe dolce gusto e sono rimasta grandemente delusa. Quando ho fatto il cappuccino non c era nemmeno l ombra del latte. Risultato : acqua con un po' di caffè. Ho fatto tutte le capsule della scatola e tutte lo stesso risultato. Grandemente delusa

Ich habe aus Versehen etwas anderes bestellt aber gleich geschrieben und angeruffen. Bestellung war noch nicht raus. Nach 30 minuten hat eine dame geantwortet und gleich wärend unsere Gespräch bestellung bestätigt das es geschickt wäre anscheinend. Ich wollte das stornieren und erneut machen aber 0 hilfe nur jemand das wollte mich loswerden. Wen sie bezahlt haben können wir nicht stornieren, anscheinend auch wenn bestellung noch nicht weg war. 0 menschlicheit 0 Kundenbetreuung. 0 hilfe nur Zeitwertlust.

The new improved dolce gusto latte macchiato coffee pods are not nice at all. Unfortunately, as a dedicated user and coffee addict I have resorted to trying to find an alternative to these new pods. Very disappointed and don’t understand why they have to change the taste.

Tengo cafetera Dolce Gusto desde hace unos años, la verdad es que me encanta, pero el motivo de mi reseña es el pésimo trato que te brinda la empresa de manera telefónica, ni las formas ni la info es la adecuada. Telefónicamente me atendió María y sus formas dejan que desear.

Demencial, una pérdida de tiempo, creas la cuenta, no te reconoce la contraseña, tampoco te lee los códigos!
Echar carta al buzón como las viejas esta más viable. Como se puede hacer algo TAN MAL! Realmente, estas cosas te quitan las ganas, parece que lo habéis adrede

Have used the Latte pods for years and loved it, new “improved” taste is awful can’t drink it, so disappointed.

La página tarda una vida en cargarse. Cuando intentas validar un código para acumular puntos, nunca te deja acabar. Se queda la página colgada. Esto pasa siempre. Yo creo que lo hacen para que no acumules los puntos y pidas regalos.
Voy a dejar de comprar está marca.

I have been using Dolce Gusto pods for about 4 years now. Narrowed my choice down to 4 verities, flat white ,au lait, latte macchiato and cappuccino. Now i am down to 3 flavours. I can only describe the new macchiato as revolting.

Media hora para intentar hacer un pedido y no lo he conseguido. Rara es la vez que lo consigo a la primera.

Does anyone else have a problem with pods the pods splitting both coffee and milk. The milk just goes everywhere and coffee goes slow and then leaks everywhere. Doesn't happen everytime but wasted 2 coffee pods this morning.
