We initially applied for a mortgage through another broker on October 24th, but by the end of November, we received an offer that fell far short of what we needed. I was recommended David Marina from Doctors Mortgages when I asked other GPs about mortgage brokers, and heard he was fee free which was great. I am a newly qualified salaried GP but a first time buyer and the whole home buying process is an overwhelming concept altogether, especially as I never had to take a loan before.
