Thanks for your note. Apologies for the delay in getting your items to you. Your items were posted on the 8th September via Toll under tracking number 7372130223741. I have tried to chase this with Toll however they are experiencing an overwhelming number of deliveries in and out of Sydney so our customers have been experiencing delays. I have raised this with them as your tracking number states there is no update since the 8th.

Thanks for your order Sabastian. Your order was placed on the Sunday 5th and was dispatched on Wednesday 8th and delivered to you on the 15th. Apologies for the delay but all of the couriers in the Greater Sydney region are experiencing unprecedented volume of deliveries as well as dealing with ongoing COVID restrictions and we're trying to get deliveries out as quickly and as safely as possible. I ordered my item on the 5th of this…

I ordered my item on the 5th of this month and since I last checked my order is in Sydney im in dandenong in victoria 11 days to go from Queensland to Sydney , I also ordered something from the USA and I had that in under a week so even with covid out there I got something from overseas faster than some from my own country makes you wonder if the company you order from sees you as a customer or just another number
