My husband bought two pairs of DNC pants and they fell apart in the crutch area. DNC would not replace them or provide a refund. Their pants are rubbish and i would recommend buying another brand.

I ordered work boots 3 weeks ago, they did not dispatch it from their warehouse. last week I spoke to 2 people on the phone as they did not reply to my emails sent earlier in the week one of which informed me it was dispatched on Friday and it should arrive Tuesday. But I recieved an email today(tuesday) stating its been dispached and its 3-5 days until I receive the boots.

Very unprofessional. They do not update consumers. Do not order urgent things only order items you don't need for a month

The cargo pants that I bought fit well and there tight. They stretch and are breathable. The best pants I've ever bought.

I made a mistake and bought shorts without belt loops. I made contact with DNC and offered to pay for postage both ways which was declined. DNC sent a return label and to cut a long story short I received replacement shorts within a couple of days! No fuss. No bother. How kind to a customer who was in error!

Took longer to arrive than expected.
Return request raised 09/05.
2 more emails sent regarding return request. No reply to either emails or return request.
Appears DNC Direct are happy to take your money but it appears they are not willing to return or exchange.
I would not recommend or use DNC Direct again.

Orders on back order were due 2nd June - now 11th June. No communication from DNC. I have to keep chasing.

Since this was a repeat order I could find the product easily. DNC prices are reasonable and the quality is very good. Delivery was timely. I will order again.

After paying for my order took 4 weeks to receive overalls,you did inform me that it would take 3 weeks to get stock after payment was made,

It would be better to keep your customers updated on your out of stock items after customers have ordered said items

First contact was good after that was good delivery was ok and the shorts were worth the wait. I would recommend to use them
