You were prompt and sent exactly what was ordered.

You guys took great care of me when I had issues with a sharkskin I ordered so using you again seemed easy. Product arrived fast and packaging and contents were perfect. Product was also easy to track.

I am truly humble by the way "Dive Right In Scuba" employees handled my upset moments. In good faith, the honesty and "good business" practice that I recieved from your store and their level understanding including correction is amazing . If I am in need of anything, I will absolutely dive into your "Dive-Right-In website"... Once again, I truly thank you...

Thanks for the fast expert guidance on a simple purchase that did the job and gave me the satisfaction of a self-repair.

Great communication, prices and timely shipping!

I orders 2 BCD/reg/computer packages. At time of purchase all items were said to be in stock. I learned a couple days later that one of the BCDs was not in stock and would have to be ordered then shipped. That took another 5 days. Then I discovered that the other BCD was missing the LPI hose and appeared that someone had purchased it and brought it back without the hose, new tags and inspection certificate. It doesn’t look used. It’s been a month since original purchase and I still don’t have everything I ordered. Frustrating yes, nice people though

Very knowledgeable and most friendly people I’ve ever spoke with .

Ordered the She-P for my wife and had a great experience with Dive Right. When she had a question about an item we thought was supposed to be in with the items, the team at Dive Right immediately responded and took great care of her. They were kind, generous, and very helpful. It was a great experience and the order emails were awesome too. Thanks Dive Right!

As always, DRIS was easy to deal with, and communicated well about my order. Great prices and service is why I keep coming back to them for my Scuba wants and needs especially for items my local dive shop does not carry.

I always am able to find what I need for myself and my families diving needs at Dive Right In Scuba. If for some reason something goes sideways I’m always kept in the loop and any situation is resolved promptly. I really feel like this shop is very customer focused and I always feel comfortable doing business with them.

Straight forward process in obtaining gift certificate!

Staff was great and had all the answers I needed when deciding to purchase my regulator set and gave me good advice on an SPG to go with it. Thanks again!!!
