Dive Right In Scuba Arvostelua

Wetsuit was initially out of stock, and they provided great communication regarding the timeline it could come in. Received my backordered ScubaPro wetsuit only slightly more than 2 weeks since I ordered it, and well before my next trip! Very Happy.

prompt and friendly customer service, good selection and a frikken hilarious "your product has shipped" email.

Chris was a great help with custom gloves for our business and were out of stock. He got us taken care of after waiting over a week for supplies come, that didn’t arrive.
Thank you very much Chris!!

I asked a question thru your web page and never received a response.

Finding the item I wanted and making the purchase was very easy.

Well put together website, fair pricing, and excellent customer service! I mistakenly ordered some wrong parts. They made the return and re-purchase super easy.

The staff was very helpful in getting my wetsuit selection right. I had to return a too-small wetsuit and order a replacement. The return was handled quickly and I had my new wetsuit in a matter of days. Professional service is appreciated.

Great fast customer service, item shipped quickly.

Just really like doing business with this company!

All products worked well with what I needed and speedy execution on shipping was great.

They had the items that I needed and delivered as promised.

Despite The adhesive being dry and not usable. It wouldn’t spread nor stick to the neoprene. I ended up using another product for wetsuit repair and the neoprene they sent.

They refunded me for the unusable adhesive, and pulled all existing product on their shelf to ensure no one else gets it.

That is great customer service.

DRIS, as they always have, made the transaction easy. This item wasn't on their site but they were able to find one in stock at their store and get it to me ASAP.

They are awesome, I put an order in and they were helpful and attentive. They let me know there might be a delay because I was leaving on a dive trip and they came through with what I needed . I wasn’t expecting to have it and poof it was at my door I am so grateful and happy Kim came through. Thank You great customer service

Sales rep was able to work with me on delivery since I was not sure due to my flight plans, did not want possible porch pirates ( cause you never know) ,to get a hold on my valuable order and not be there so as to receive it in a timely manner when I arrived ..
Thank you

Website easy to navigate and shop. The shop had items I had difficulty in finding elsewhere, and were very communicative about my order. I will definitely try them again when I need more scuba equipment. And, they are humorous (always appreciated!)

Great communication. Timely delivery and excellent service.

Incredible customer service and excellent return policy.

Excellent fit to my dry suit, just need to get in the water once I complete my dental work to try out my heating vest with my dry suit.
