Carbon Filter Disaster
Everything went great with the order & the delivery. The Carbon Filter (USWF_CB5_2045) lasted about 4 weeks before it plugged. I typically have gotten over 6 months with another brand, but they were out of stock. Won't make that mistake again!!!
Returning the second filter was quickly & easily accomplished. Customer Service was extremely responsive.

Had to reorder proper filter for my refrigerator
I ordered water filters according to the type of refrigerator and where to find the filter in the refrigerator.
When I received the filters, they were not the correct ones for my refrigerator. I have since found the correct water filter for my refrigerator. I will have to send the other filters back now.
