Discountbicycles Arvostelua

I bought Winter tyres online.
They were the cheapest and only place which had them in stock.
Only fly in the ointment was delivery - I was informed I had to be in all day on the next working day to receive them (after I had made my purchase) or they would be re-delivered at a substantial cost as they would be classed as freight.
I took the day off and they were delivered.
Highly recommended

Phoned for advice on a child seat, and they took the time to explain the benefits of the model I was looking at and answer my many questions. They added the windscreen accessory to their website while I waited so I could order that too (they had not carried it before, and I had found it on the manufacturers website). Delivery was very quick, and the price good too. I would definitely recommend discount bicycles.

Bad customer service when things go wrong Would not use again would not recommend.

This was the only place I could get a specific cycle jacket for my son's birthday, it arrived within 2 days, excellent service. Would recommend

I ordered a new bike - I was contacted with a delivery date and it arrived on time. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and totally satisfied with the service I received from discount bicycles. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

I ordered bike lights they were dispatched and arrived a day later, Quick easy and reliable

Discount Bicycles was the only web site that stocked the racer inner tubes I was looking for. The price was very competitive and delivery excellent. I will definitely use the web site again.

Quick delivery and product in excellent condition, would recommend.

I ordered a trail gator tow bar and buying it new from Discount bicycles was cheaper than buying one second hand. Regular emails kept me informed and prompt free delivery on this heavy item. Will definitely be using again.

needed a pair of rare-sized inner tubes. there weren't many places that had them, and Discount Bicycles had the best price by far. Arrived a couple of days after the order, no bother.

I ordered a trail-gator (removeable bar that you pull your child's bike along with) from discountbicycles, which came in the timescale promised and with regular emails to track it through the ordering system. The lowest price I could find on the High Street was £69, so less than £42 including delivery was excellent value. I'll definitely be checking out this website for my family's cycling needs in future.

Just writing to praise the excellent service i received.Bought a Shimano cassette which arrived promptly and at a very competitive price.

I am writing to say how good the service was that I received from discountbicycles.co.uk
I rang with a query about purchasing a pair of Mudguards and I was dealt in a helpful manner.
I was amazed when it arrived next day. Now that is what I call a good service!!

I ordered a PowerPlay adjustable stem and received it the following business day. Brilliant

Ordered Friday and delivered Monday. Company agreed to change bundle to meet my requirement. Only one small drawback concerning somewhat difficult to contact sales staff. Otherwise would recommend.

Ordered CB Urban 200 bike on 7th October. After not receiving the bike or contact from them in a week I tried to call. You cant get through to customer services, they have a message service. However, they didnt phone me back or reply to my initial email. After about 10 days I telephoned the sales number and was informed the bike was out of stock. They offered an alternative (if not more expensive) bike but I decided to wait. I didnt get further emails about despatch but the bike turned up on the 27th October. It was poorly packaged and the courier pointed out they had recieved the box in this state. Luckily the bike was A1. Incidently they took my money on the day of ordering. I would not shop with them again.

I placed my order before 10am and took delivery of it at 9am the following morning

Brilliant - thank you.

Ordered a child's cycling helmet which arrived extremely promptly, well packaged and actually exceeded the specification on the website (it's more adjustable for different head sizes and so will last longer which is great). Would use them again and thoroughly recommend them to others.

Item arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. And came with a catalogue for me to browse which was lovely.

I bought some of the lower priced stuff - Milano shirt and Avenir cycle shorts, both turned out to be really good, the padded shorts work better than dhb's which didn't have the rubber grip to stop ride up (and *%$^& strangling!!).

I mucked up the order online and after a quick call the order was corrected and correct order was posted.

The bargain stuff still was very practical, will be buying more soon.
