Absolutely love these running shorts. Third pair I’ve bought as I can’t find them anywhere else and they’re cheap too! Fast delivery.

Trainers Yonex too small. Only tired on 2 times for 2 minute. Never knelt down or went outside. Literally walked up and down hallway. Had socks on as well. Returned for a larger size but company sent them back to me saying not fit to resell ?? I only had them on for 2 minutes x 2 times to try on. Would never buy of these again. If I could post photos I would do. You say i said i had worn them around the house 100% i never did, i tried them on a couple of times for only a minute or two.

Adult son put ‘squash racket’ on his birthday wish list. I picked one in my price range I thought suitable and ordered. Prompt delivery as promised. Gifted said racquet which was received with raised eyebrows. Not the ‘style’ he had in mind. Telephoned customer service team and spoke to Rebecca who was very helpful in assisting me with an exchange for one of son’s choice. Received emailed post label and was able to return original one for replacement without incurring additional costs myself. Replacement racquet posted to me on receipt of original being returned. Delighted customers.

Shoes were the lowest price I could find online and then the service was excellent, email updates and super quick dispatch and delivery, couldn't ask for more.

I was a little wary about ordering from here as I had never heard of them before. However they had exactly what I was after at the best price. Delivery was superquick with a good selection of delivery options; most of us know by now that delivery firms in different areas have varied levels of service, being able to pick one that I know works great in my area helped sway my decision. Good comms via email throughout. Item turned up in perfect condition with helpful shipping note. Very impressed and will definitely use again.

Very dissatisfied, dropped a badminton raquet off at the wynyatd facility for a restring. Was told 24 to 48 hours yet I am still awaiting an email for collection over a week later. Terrible customer service to say the least.

UPDATE- Despite direct sports response. Having reviewed my email chain I can confirm there was no email received informing that the restring was complete. The only correspondence was on the 5th of August for the order confirmation.

🎾🎾 were for HALE LTC. Easy to purchase. Delivery was as advised and tennis balls arrived in good condition/ packaged in sturdy box’s. Had one issue, with address , my fault and the company dealt with it professionally so order wasn’t held up.
Highly recommend.

Sports Direct system had a ‘gliche’ and processed two orders for the same thing ! Wouldn’t accept it was a fault there end and charge for returns [£3.99] . Tried in vain to explain but there Customer services couldn’t care less. I will not make the same mistake by ordering of them again ! I can see from there Trustpilot ratings I’m not alone. Very disappointed.

Avoid this place. They sent me a skirt for my daughter. It was never even tried on as it was clearly too small. They returned it claiming a stain, even though it had all original tags on and had not ever been warn. Then refused to respond to emails about this. Will now be taking them to court. Avoid this scam of a company.

Today I received a refund into my bank account and it was less than expected. Yet again, this company in incapable of making a refund in full.

I paid £35.07 for my purchased item. There was an additional £5.00 charge added to purchase another shoe box for the said return of the item, plus the cost of the return postage!

I am still waiting for someone to respond to me to explain WHY I have only received a partial refund. I expect a response at some point sollowed by a rude response on trust pilot - your customer service is abysmal and it shows with your ratings AND reviews. Do NOT shop with Direct Sports. Far too stressful.
