They have gone above and beyond to help on more than one occasion. I was told by other opticians that my glasses couldn’t be repaired but they perceived and got the done. Great work! I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service. Ordered Monday afternoon and arrived Wednesday morning. Ordered reading glasses and attached my prescription £14.95. Perfect.

Awful, I ordered online, uploaded my prescription but when I received them the frames were fine but the lenses, completely wrong. I sent them back at my expense after being promised they would refund the postage. The second pair were even worse than the first and I never got a refund for the postage. I have no idea how they could mess up two pairs of glasses so much and also not have the integrity to refund the return of the first pair. Don't bother with them.

I needed a new frame for my glasses, that I bought from elsewhere. One of the arms had broken and my optician said I would need to buy the same frame again. I googled Direct Specs as I had visited the shop when it first opened many years as ago. I arrived without an appointment and was welcomed by the member staff who was at the desk. He assured me that the company could find a frame for my lenses. Gary, was charged with continuing the search for a frame and he was determined to find one. After, checking through a select range of frames, using his extensive knowledge and experience of working with glasses,- he found the perfect one. This company is amazing. Their frames are reasonably priced. Fantastic custom Direct Specs I highly recommend you and will use you again Thanks again.

Myself & my wife went to shirley branch of direct specs yesterday. Served by the very knowledgeable Gary who fitted my wifes new glasses & helped me order two pairs of sunglasses. All round great service....

We have just been to the Shirley Branch with our brand new prescriptions, and were served by Gary who impressed with his friendly thoroughness. We got our new reasonably priced glasses ordered and all details taken with no messing around, exactly what you want.

Visiting family in Shirley, called into have a look at Specs, found suitable pair but not colour. Many thanks to Matt who phoned around. Three days later just before returning back to Cornwall there was four pairs to choose from in varying colours. Great service and did what they said. Fantastic. Gary sorted my Prescription / order. Contacted few days later to say specs were ready. Picked up at next visit- Specs Vari-focals are great. Spot on great service

We went into the shop this morning and we were greeted by Gary for the third time in the last 12 months. The service we both received was impeccable and was a pleasure to recieve such help from Gary. Was on a flying trip back to the UK from abroad, needed a pair of glasses quick due to scratched lenses, Jenny went way beyond the call of duty to help me out, sensational service all round!

I went to the Shirley Solihull branch this morning. Gary who works at the store gave excellent customer service above and beyond what I was expecting adjusting the arms on another pair of my glasses to stop them slipping down. I would highly recommend this shop and was so impressed ordered a pair of prescription reading glasses.

Visited direct specs in shirley to buy some new glasses, so glad I did, service was extremely professional, Gary helped me with my choice which was a lovey pair of designer frames, they arrived back super quick within 2 days, very pleased with my experience instore and Gary's service.

Helped me with picking the style of frames and went though all the options for lenses, advising me on what she thought would work best for what I do. She's fabulous and a credit to your store. I have just taken my glasses into store as the frame had broken. As I have only had them a couple of months Gary told me they would be repaired free of charge within a couple of days.
