I ordered Shiseido Essential Energy Hydrating Cream on February 14th, with an expected delivery between February 17–18. The package never arrived. I contacted the seller asking for a tracking number, but was told to wait and later informed that there was no tracking number. After 16 days with no response, I had to open a case with eBay to get my money back. The seller never apologized and communication was very poor. I do not recommend this seller.
