Direct Bullion Arvostelua

What I would like to say about DIRECT BULLION is that when I first spoke to GERRY O'BRIEN he guided me through graded gold coins that he thought would do well as an investment and so far he been bang on the button. So I am really grateful for all the help, and would definitely have no problem recommending him to my friends

I was reviewing my work place pension and was very disappointed with what I saw over the last few years. I was thinking of investing in Gold but thought It would be a frightening experience. After talking to Gerry O'Brien for what seemed like forever (sorry Gerry I had a lot of questions) he explained the in and outs of how the gold is safely stored until such a time I decided to sell. I found my experience with Direct Bullion is worth the 5 Star rating, keep up the good work Gerry.
At the time of writing this review my pot is up 7.5%, prices can go down as well as up but I will always have my own pot of GOLD.

Direct bullion have been brilliant in supporting me through my purchases!
I started with Gerry O’Brien who was so helpful in giving me information and assisting me to get started, Sean McGrady has helped since and both have been very helpful and excellent at explaining the process, answering any questions I have had along the way. I never felt pressured and always felt they had my best interest in Mind at all times! Thankyou direct bullion

Fantastic. James was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the buying process with honest, clear information and continues to provide regular updates and support. Brilliant.

Excellent all round

Gary has been so professional informative friendly and really appreciate when I meet knowledgeable people who care about their job and their client. I am exactly the same with my clients. So we’ll done and thank you

was very cautious as usual, but after some research and viewing the Website plus the very positive comments and reviews I decided to make some purchases.
I have found Garry Tuohy incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the whole range of products from bullion to proof coins to gold backed pensions

Many thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable people at Direct Bullion and a special mention fo Gary Tuohy for helping in my first purchases. Highly recommended

Having never got involved with buying gold before I struck lucky dealing with James Byrne.
James was completely client focused, guiding me through the process from start to finish. He was a a pleasure to deal with and would recommend James 100%.

Great professional service and support from James who guided me through my first purchase. No hard sell and good after care service.

I had a very good experience, I bought a number of coins and they arrived in good time. I had good communication with a couple of the team members. Ray really listened and I'm more than happy. I will recommend you to my uncle.

My experience with direct bullion has been quite positive, as those dealing with my account have always been there to answer any questions and concerns, and are happy to refer me to other sources of information regarding their products .

Unsolicited emails. I've tried unsubscribing - I never signed up in the first place - but they're big time spamming me.

I would like to retract my previous review. My initial experience was not the best. However, Chris has taken over my account; alleviated the problem and delivered my order as promised. I am now happy to continue doing business with DB thanks to Chris.

I paid for Charles 111 Crowned gold coins. Very good at promises but not with deliveries. Been waiting since 20 July for my order. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Do not answer phone calls or emails. Now asking bank to intervene and reporting them to the police.

Communication is poor after payment received, this company could not give a delivery date, repeatedly failed to call back after promises to do so, and when pressed for a delivery date, they could only respond blaming me for not being patient. They received payment from me nine days ago and I still cannot get a delivery date. Good news the goods arrived on the 6th September nearly one month after I paid. Just glad it's over

As a new purchaser of gold bullion, I naturally had a lot of questions.

I wanted to take control of my own pension pot so recently purchased some gold to invest into my SIPP.

The staff at Direct Bullion couldn't have been more helpful. They have a no nonsense approach and I appreciated not being given the "hard sell".

Having monitored the value of the gold for 6 months, the gold I purchased has outperformed my actual workplace pension scheme.

I will definitely be using this company again to invest more into my SIPP.

Having bought a number of gold coins 5 years ago from Direct Bullion we decided to take a profit. My Account Manager Chris contacted the Buybacks Team and quickly provided a price that we were happy with, a profit of £650 per coin. It only took a few days to send coins and receive payment directly to my account. Great service.

Called up to protect some savings, really helpful team. Speed of delivery was suprising!

I am an absolute novice at buying precious metals as a personal investment. I spent a long time researching companies and I have been procrastinating because of my concerns. Then I found Direct Bullion and especially James Byrne who is now my account manager. The company has proved to be a safe place to buy and James Byrne is an excellent account manager who has guided me through precious metals purchasing with great knowledge of the market and went the extra mile (or more) to advise and inform without the rediculous ultra sales pitches from over confident and over zealous sales people. Hi is now my 'go to' man for future purchases.
Well done Direct Bullion and especially James Byrne.
This is not a review that is written lightly because others reading this will be spending significant amounts of money.
I feel safe, looked after and comfortable using this company in conjuction with James.
Well done mate!

Great firm, really good service, i was actually very impressed. Recently retired and wasn't sure what to do with my payout, gold seemed safe and tax-free which i was not aware.

The whole process took me about 3 weeks from start to finish. I took delivery of my coins and bars this morning and they look so much better in your hand than any online image.

I can't find any fault really so good all round.
