What a fantastic business. Service unparalleled!

The Dice & Decks brand should be very proud of themselves.
I have had nothing but fantastic customer service from them despite the issues they have had with their supplier.
Martins customer service alone has me sticking with the site as my board game supplier!

You've made a new customer and turned an unfortunate circumstance into a great experience!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. After issues with delivery, not caused by DiceAndDecks, Martin dealt with the problem in a honest upfront way that gives me confidence to become a regular.
Very impressed.

Sworcrafters ebay list is misleading

Sworcrafters listed on their ebay shop states 1st line of description that it includes the base set and expansions. It does not.
They have not changed it after me notifying them.
Very misleading. Wont be using.
Shame as it turns out to be a local store.

My go to website for MTG!

I ordered some cards which were delayed due to change of staff, I contacted Dice and Decks via email and a really helpful guy sorted out my order and included two promo packs because my order was going to be late. Love Dice and Decks, good prices, loads of cards available and really helpful staff!!!
