Packaged well and delivered in good time as usual. Excellent service.

Great service and a fantastic selection of games. Their sales are genuinely good as well.

Only half of what I ordered turned up and and some of the other half was damaged. No response to any attempt to resolve the issue. Left them bad reviews elsewhere where they did respond with childish comments.

Placed an order on Sunday for next working day delivery. It hasn’t arrived and the delivery driver did not bother attempting a delivery, instead just sending it straight to a collection point, evidenced by the fact that we have received no ‘sorry we missed you’ card nor did I receive any tracking updates, my doorbell did not ring and no attempt at communication was made at the alleged delivery time.

They have also refused to refund the delivery charge despite the fact the order is late, which I am extremely unhappy with.

Customer service is slow, unhelpful and patronising. Will never use again.

Ordered cards, they didn’t turn up. Paid next day delivery. Nearly 2 weeks on I’m still waiting. The reason it isn’t a 1 star review is the fact the lads over at dice and decks were helpful and offered a full refund.

Cards were packaged well and arrive in very good condition. A lot cheaper than magic madhouse. Would be 5 star if more search options were available.

Took forever to dispatch the package and ignored an email querying it. Not good at all.

I rarely comment but the customer service is good and genuine

Cards were fine but dispatch was really slow - they were only sent when I chased it up days after ordering, even then there was no response from customer service or apology for delay, just a shipping confirmation. Definitely not next day as stated on the website.

The things I look for when I models online are, good stock availability, cheap prices, fast delivery and good communication.

They weren't quick to message back when I had a question, but did eventually.
On the website it said everything was in stock (10 plus in stock etc) turns out they didn't have the stock.
That meant that the delivery time was a lot longer that I had hoped (but not REALLY awful.)

The only thing I was happy with were the prices which I felt were very competitive.

I won't personally be using them again though, as I felt I was left wondering if I'd ever get my items as lack of communication or updates was bad.

Ordered Battle for Berlin set, with the website saying it would be dispatched in two weeks. After three weeks, no notice of dispatch. I called and was told it would be sent the following week. Still no notification of dispatch. I called again to see what was happening and told it would be sent of in two days. I waited one more week, no dispatch. I called up and asked for a refund, told it would be sorted within a day, no response in over a week. I understand that sometimes things get held up, but this was ridiculous and probably the worst experience I've had ordering something from a game supply store. Will never use these again and would ask others avoid them too.

Excellent service! Ordered 2 x jigsaws 3pm. Arrived well packaged before 12 next day. Great price. Will shop again!

Wrong item delivered ( huge in price in between the two). I've messaged and emailed the shop several times and I've been ignored.
Very poor customer service

Dice and decks are slow to send out orders going beyond the 14 days expected delivery time. My order was also sent out with the wrong item and after 2 days they have still not responded. There are alternatives to this company which I would recommend to others.

I made an order on 13/10/20,expecting it to be completed by end of October and as a Xmas present for my son.To date my order has not arrived.I have never received any update and I have made 3 requests in last month requesting an explanation without receiving so much as an acknowledgement.Their customer service is non existent and I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.I am angry and totally appalled by their attitude to a customer

I ordered 1 copy of the MTG card "Skyship Weatherlight" through the site's Ebay store on the 27th April. Instead, I received 3 copies of the card "Exploration Map". If there was a reason for this discrepancy, none was communicated to me. I have tried to contact Dice & Decks twice, via their ebay email and their sales contact email (with the order reference). It's been 16 days since I ordered the card, and 5 days since I sent the second email. I have had no response (and checked my spam folder) and must therefore conclude that I shall have to order "Skyship Weatherlight" elsewhere. I notice that on the Dice & Decks website it is still listed as "1 in stock now".

Bought a couple from the shop in the last month.

Martin is fantastic and was quick to respond when I had some queries.

Look forward to playing Inis once lockdown is over!
