Courier failed them.
I would have given them a 5 if their chosen courier hadn't damaged the item during delivery. It's amazing they still managed to considering the packaging used but it still arrived cracked.
It's a beautiful plant pot, lovely design, great colour and thankfully still usable (damaged side to the back so not visible). I have read many negatives reviews about Dibor but liked the pot and decided to risk it. Glad I did.
