This company is not trustworthy. They sent me the wrong bracelet and it was very bad quality. I sent it back to a Queensland address and they will not refund me. Very disappointing.

My parcel finally arrived after 3 months. The earrings are plastic. Literally plastic. This company is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs

It is a scam website. They are selling the items are not as same as the pictures. I have ordered 4 items they all look similar to the website pictures but aren’t the exactly items was showed. Contact the support team for months no reply. Chat on line saying can’t help and must go through email, but email sent more than 2 dozen no reply. After 2 months contacted them still no news.

DON'T TOUCH THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Total false advertising, they're products are a bunch of crap! They won't acknowledge any emails anymore, told me to send it back at my expense.
I'm pissed at myself for getting sucked in!

The both rings Pave set were faulty the large central stone was cloudy & the wedding ring had a stone missing. Upon sending it back & acknowledging that it was their responsibility they sent me a voucher for $25 USD there is nothing on their website for that amount of money! It cost me all up $32 for the set & then another $14.00 AUS IM SO ANGRY 😡 BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - RECEIVED RING, WITHIN WEEK SO CALLED X2 DIAMONDS FELL OUT - HAD TO SEND BACK AT MY OWN EXPENSE, WAS TOLD TO SENT IT TO A BRISBANE ADDRESS WITH NO COMPANY NAME - COURIER HAS ATTEMPTED NUMEROUS TIMES, NO SUCH ADDRESS - HAVE EMAILED THIS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES, EVEN FROM MY HUSBANDS EMAIL ADDRESS, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF OUR EMAILS - ITS A SHAM!!!

Diamond Stella is a scam!!! It took 2 months for me to receive a piece of plastic jewellery from the $2 shop in what was supposed to be real sterling silver & VVS diamonds. I emailed them numerous times for updates on when they were gonna process my order. It took 1 month for me to get a tracking number. I went to track my item & found out they were drop shipping the items through CJ Drop Shipping (RED FLAG!). They deliberately put their items on sale because the refund policy doesn’t let you refund items on sale. They don’t have a physical store, nor do they have any active social media accounts. They’ve now either blocked me on Facebook where I found their ads or they’ve deactivated their account. Whoever runs Diamond Stella is literal scum and a bottom feeder!!!

Utter trash. Didn’t get what I ordered and it took almost a month to come from China lol.
Emailed them and they told me to send it back at my own cost and inconvenience, not worth it for a $2 piece of crap from SHEIN that they charged $42 for.

Do not trust this store. Jewellery is cheap, Chinese made and nothing like what is advertised. Products are no different to what is sold on Wish or AliExpress. Absolute rubbish.

Totally unsatisfied and disappointed due to false projection of what you think you're buying. Should have read the reviews before wasting my money.

Do not purchase these products they are just awful products and a scam. The earrings I could cope with as quite nude. The ring looked like something you would get as a toy 💯 not mossanite. The necklace came knotted and was tiny. Have written for a refund … have a feeling I won’t get one

This is a total sacm. I requested refund less than 30 mins after I placed the order it was ignored.

The item arrived which looks like a toy. The item doesn't look anything like the photo on the website and they are refusing to refund. They are saying all items are hand made and they will be 'minor' differences.

This is totally scam, do not purchase anything from this website.

I purchased a ring through Diamond Stella as the advertisement on Facebook promoted all stock as discounted, as the company was closing down. The refund policy states that no refunds are given for items on sale. I have no problem with this policy, if the product purchased matches the description.

The company appearing on my credit card statement was a Chinese company, not Diamond Stella. When I received the ring it was clear that it was a piece of costume jewellery made of hard plastic, and the jewel did not sparkle. The product was not as advertised.

I immediately emailed customer support expressing my disappointment and asked if an error had been made. I received no response to the email. I sent a second email four days later expressing concern that I had not heard from them.

Three days later I sent a fresh email with "REFUND" in the subject header, to immediately receive an email, which literally is a cut and paste about their refund policy not refunding on items on sale.

This company is a scam. They have cleverly crafted their strategy to make it appear that all stock is heavily discounted, so no-one can get a refund. Their products are fake plastic costume jewellery. Don't waste your money here.
